Go down about 4 post on the Pump (VED) section and read the VED exercise I posted there. I really works.

As for rings they are different for everyone. Myself and lots of others with severe venous leakage used the Osborn "D" pink ring. That is what worked best for me and I tried almost all of them.

Questions on the exercise just let me know.

To be perfectly honest I hated those Da*% rings. My wife hated them also. But for about 2 years that was all we had so we tried to make the best of it. You have heard that when life hands you a lemon make lemonaide. Well that lemonaide was kind of sour.

Be careful with an agressive pump (VED) exercise. A lot of men, including myself, cause an abrasion that took some time to heal. That is when I found the peyronies society forum and Old Man. This is the single cylinder exercise recommended on that forum. Takes some time to see results but it does work for a lot of men.

When I went to Vanderbilt I talked to Dr. Milam about this exercise and he recommended it. I used it until the day befor my implant. He also cautioned about being too agressive and hurting yourself.
