The penile implant surgeon I chose, Dr. Jeff Brady, in Orlando, told me it would be good for me to start using a medical-grade penis pump a few months before my surgery, so I did. I haven't had the surgery yet. The concept of pumping before surgery helps to avoid losing length after the implant. But here's what's happening to me: The combination of a Pentamix injection -- similar to Trimix and Quadmix but more effective -- plus pumping before sex has made my penis bigger than ever.

I mean, I am talking monster dick, with much greater girth, veins protruding -- the whole bit. I'm talking porn-star quality. I was literally stunned when I injected the Pentamix, then started pumping, and watched in astonishment as King Kong arose.

Since then I have learned about combination therapy for severe ED. I am now a proponent for combining ED drugs. I am now having the biggest erections of my life. Now the question is whether I should go ahead with my implant. Either way I can't lose! LOL.

I think that it is dangerous to try VED after an injection. The injection is quite heavy treatment for ED and to used VED might lead to injuries.

We need some photos to analyzed this case. It will be no photos then this story is most probably a lie.

Oh you can definitely combine pumping with an injection.

So yes, injections such as bi-mix, tri-mix and penta-mix can be used in combination -- at the same time -- with pumping.

I was disappointed by the number of posts calling out your post as false or exaggerated. I used a VED before implant (without pharmacological aids) and was impressed as to the size compared to my erection with oral meds (which was equal to my pre-ED erections). Indeed, the vacuum does produce a significantly larger penis than drugs alone.

I wonder if such size increases might be permanent? (The conventional wisdom is that the tunica is not stretchable over the short term and may increase in size if assiduous stretching is done over months or years. - After all it is living tissue.) I suppose that if your penis/tunica is enlarged for days afterward, your surgeon might be able to fit a larger implant - at the risk of compressing your tissues, especially your glans. Erosion might be a risk. So, discussing with your surgeon what you have posted here might be a good idea.

I have read (medical journals) that VED therapy before implant does make insertion easier for the surgeon and the post-op recovery easier for the patient.

Thanks. Frankly I was also surprised by one post in particular. I don't make stuff up. I try to contribute to this board in a meaningful way, such as suggesting new methods and techniques that are all backed by science and doctors.

Combination therapy -- the art of using a vacuum pump and injections at the same time really is a thing. It isn't something I made up.
