NO. It’s highly subjective.YMMV. I believe most do but that’s just from reading success stories here.

My experience has been after much foreplay then penetration/blow job/hand job...it goes down to a semi + after orgasm. Then 10 minutes later its fully hard and ready for 2 more hours ( but by that time we are both worn out ). Then turning into a chubby for another hour or 2.

As was mentioned, the 1.5mcg PGE-1 is a tiny tiny amount so the fact that you got hard at all is very promising for you. Most folks ( at least those with full on ED ) need 5 or 10 or 20 or even more mcg. I assume this is just PGE-1 ... not Trimix. But it looks like you will be a good responder.

So just keep moving up and see ...

Thanks yeah, it did work and within 10-12 mins I’d say. I just hoped it would also help take the stress of PE away as well. But as soon as I was done it was over. Atleast for a while. I will try to increase 5 units and see what happens as it wasn’t that strong super hard wrectuon I read so much about

To the OP, it could have been a LOT worse. I had my first injection April 16 of this year for a Doppler Ultrasound to check my flow rates.

I was also given a low dose of .1cc (.1 ml) of Trimix #5 (10/30/1mg). Didn't get fully hard for the 25 minutes or so of U/S.....but when I got in the car to drive home, within 5 minutes or so....completely solid. So hard, I had to unbuckle my pants and belt to let it out as it was being constricted and I was in pain. I was completely fine (in terms of pain after that)....felt quite good to actually be my 'normal' hardness again for a change.

Got home....relieved myself hoping it would go down....nope. Stayed like that for several hours so I ended up in the ER with a priapism. Around hour 5 (still no pain, just embarrassing) the doc finally got around to draining it....horrific experience. Won't go into details (unless someone wants to know)....but I do have one question for everyone using the injections b/c my urologist is planning to start me at a .03cc dose of Trimix #5 if I decide to go that route (based on my over-reaction at .1cc).

Did your head not fully engorge due to the injection? My shaft was as hard as normal, maybe a touch harder....but my glans was not even partially engorged. Is that normal with injections, b/c it was kind of a let down (I know it's an issue with implants)?

If I need to open my own thread to get an answer to this, just say the word. Not trying to cause thread drift.

Yeah the whole thing was hard so didn’t have that problem. How long does everyone wait after an injection to have sex? Ten mins? 15? Longer?

I could probably be hard enough for sex in 5-10 minutes, but it keeps getting firmer for 20-30 minutes, and stays hard for about 3 hours.

Thanks yeah my experience was it started working in 10-15 mins but it seemed to work better about 25-30 mins in.. so maybe I should plan it that way. Thanks!

So went from my first injection, to traveling with the injections . I went to Mexico with it no problems. I just bought an insulin carry case with ice pack and put it in my checked bag. The second shot went much better. I even drank most of the day with my wife, came home and did the decoded increase of 15units and worked like a charm. Had sex for a long time. When done I could have gone again if I was antagonized but it ended up for the most part going down like usual after a while. So I think that dosage works well for me. Didn’t hurt, no issues at all.

My first Trimix injection consisted of it taking a while to take full effect (30-35 minutes).....I ejaculated probably 2 -2.5 hours after injection and it didn't go down at all.

That said, it also resulted in a priapism that was drained in the ER about 5 or so hours after the injection, so take that FWIW.
