Can we pump (vacuum pamp) while using PGE1 For penis health?

hi, Everyone

Can we pump (vacuum pamp) while using PGE1 For penis health? has anyone done this? or doing it?

Please share your experiences and thoughts, I really appreciate it.

Just an opinion but I'd not pump for many hours after injection, like the next day. I do pump on off days much of the time and pump mildly before injections sometimes, but never after. Ingredients in TriMix soften the smooth muscle and might lead to rupture. There has also been a puncture of tissue 1/2" deep that has to heal. But to be sure I'd consult a professional.
NOT an MD. 72, M52 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

It doesn't work for me as I'll get a hematoma. However, others have reported success doing it. If you decide to try it just be cautious.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

I pump every morning. Usually we have sex in the afternoon so there is no problem. I wouldn't pump right after injecting.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

Around 8 years ago I developed some minor scar tissue from injections which resolved with some meds, supplements and pumping. And I have had no issues since..I wouldn't pump after you inject, in fact my Doc recommended waiting an extra day. Pumping is a way to keep your penis healthy and it also helps prevent scar tissue. Regular pumping insures that oxygenated blood is getting to the penis and this enhances the healing after an injection. From what I read and have experienced pumping is the best way to prevent the formation of scar tissue from injecting. Do not pump to the point where it feels painful..the regiment I follow is pump...hold for 12-15 seconds, then release the pressure, wait 15 seconds, then pump again and hold for 12-15 seconds...do that cycle for no longer than 12 minutes a day....In several months you will be able to pump to certain points without feeling discomfort and you most likely will develop some girth...Please note, I'm not a doctor and you will want to run this by him/her. 70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
