I’m just curious, seems like this answer keeps getting avoided. Can someone answer this if they have had permanent gains after stopping VED and what was the gains
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

My personal testimony is, "No".

After 14 months of twice daily 30 minute sessions with a VED, my size was exactly the same as when I started, which was exactly the same as in my youth. After implant (3 years) my length MIGHT be a fraction longer. Hard to tell, really. Weight loss could easily account for the difference. The thinning of the fat pad over my pubic bone would account for the increase in the measurement of my penis. But usable length increase is usable length! :D

stopping VED

I haven't stopped using a VED.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

Did you experience any length gain between when you started using the VED and today? Gain before implant and gain after implant? (I am not sure if you have an implant or not, but I am sure the information would be of interest to the OP) Had you lost any length/girth from your youth up to the point where you started with the VED?

Gained 3/4" of length in my BPEL measurement in 3 months time....that started in Jan. 2013. Have pumped on/off for years with months or even more than a year in between. Never lost anything. Never gained any more after that either.

I should state that I'm of the belief my ED may have been caused by tissue damage from excessive pumping over the years. If not caused....contributed. That's my opinion based on my own personal experience.....both Urologists I've asked about it do not believe vacuum devices can cause or contribute to ED. I think they don't understand the Penis Enlargement community and the way the pumps are abused.

After five years of using a vacuum pump for penis enhancement, I gained over on inch of girth and over 3/4 inch of length. Continued use of a VED over the following 5 years has maintained my gains.

Size has never been an issue with me. Getting and keeping an erection long enough to satisfy my partner has.
I haven't measured my dick since I was a teenager over 60 years ago.

That's great for you, but kinda not what he asked.

Fair enough....

Apologies.
