Orgasm hypnosis

I'm wondering if anyone like me, who can always get an erection by pumping, injecting, implant, or whatever, but who has a difficult time having an orgasm, has tried self-hypnosis? My wife and I have sex twice a week, but I have an orgasm only about 25% of the time, and then it is often very weak - hardly worth the effort it takes to get there. I've been dysfunctional since my prostatectomy 5 years ago. I use a pump most of the time, but have also used Trimix Gel, and Muse. I found a website that offers a self-hypnosis CD that is supposed to enable, or improve, orgasms. Anyone tried this?

I have the same batting average as Phillip. Howeve, I have come to enjoy the trip as much or in sme cases more than the destination. We have become accustomed to my having an orgasm every second or third time. Once you accept the situation for what it is, you get to enjoy the ride without any pressure to orgasm. If it comes more often, consider it a bonus.

This morning it should have been an orgasm day, but when I was building up to the PONR, my insulin pump started to alarm and spoiled the moment and i could not get back in the groove. If hypnosis would allow my to put outside distractions out of my mind, then hypnosis would be a good thing for me. I would appreciate a link to the website.

I share a similar problem and about the same batting average since my cancer treatment. I have never tried any such hypnosis or any special technic. As most of us know obtaining an orgasm is as much a psychologial issue as it is a physiological issue. Perhaps a bit more physcial for us that are missing our prostates. I know that by reducing the frequency of sex, my chances for achieving an orgasm increase. As dtwarren says, you just got to still enjoy the ride (with or without an orgasm).

I ordered a self hypnosis download for my I Phone for ED after trying unsuccessfully to find a therapist that offered it. I can say it was a great sleep aid but did nothing for me but I do not think anything would have helped my ED except the implant so I can not judge it as being good or bad. It was about thirty dollars-quite inexpensive compared to all of the other things I had no success with. I would advise to go for it-what can it hurt and it might just help. Keep me posted Jim
