Seperatec is the only underwear I'm wearing, if I wear any that is. However, it does nothing to conceal your implanted unit, which I like though. I wear a jock for concealment when required.

since a lot of us now are showers with a lot in front, I almost wear these underwear exclusively now, they are designed for an extra pouch up front, really supports the balls well and doesn't feel like they are compressing the penis at all, tons of room. They have boxer brief versions on their site as well if you prefer.

I’m not sure who laughed harder at the thought of me wearing these. Me or my wife. Thanks for the belly laugh.
I could have rocked these a handful of years ago, but 2 knee surgeries and +50 pounds in the last 5 years say otherwise.
I picked up TJs over the weekend, a lot more support than the lulu lemons my wife buys me. And ordered the Saxx. But I’ve developed an new issue. Since I’ve started pumping I’m showing more now and when the underwear presses me it’s not bending at the base, but a few inches up at the spot of my peyronies and it’s just folding me in half. I literally can’t wear pants. My temp solution is an exercise band around my waist at the base of the penis. Long term I’ve ordered a hernia belt

And I thought 2 pair of underwear was uncomfortable. This is going to suck, but I don’t see any other option until things relax.

Re: Supportive underwear
I'm kind of like a few others on here. There are times underwear is non-essential. I have tried both Archy and Seperatec. The later, in boxers, are comfortable and manage what I now call a "stiffy". I was a grower before and now, because of the implant, runs down the leg a bit. The seperatec that I have are cotton, dual chamber providing support and you don't have to pull all the equipment out to relieve yourself.
Re: Supportive underwear
I always preferred to wear boxers rather than a tight underwear. After the implant going commando is the best for me . It used to be good for me. about 10 days ago, I started to run everyday for about half an hour. This took like a week. During this week, I started to feel pain and discomfort around the pump area and perennial area as well. When it increased, I stopped running. While I was following this thread, I was wondering if this is related to the non-supportive underwear, which caused the pump maybe to move right and left, probably hitting the testicles.
I today, I put on a tight underwear, and I am feeling good after the daily run. I will keep watching this and keep you posted. Thanks guys for your inputs.

AST2123, even before my implant, I preferred support for both my testicles and penis.
These two parameters are what I figure is the epitome of "supportive underwear".
1) to pull my scrotum forward so when I sit down I don't press the pump into tender parts or into my pelvic bone structure and
2) to hold my penis pointed up and flat against my belly rather than my glans rubbing on the inside of my clothes.
(Like the Kramer character in "Seinfeld" said in one episode, "My boys need a house.")

Re: Supportive underwear
With all the shopping around for various manufacturers' offerings (some rather expensive), I wonder that there is no mention of anyone making their own underwear. Does no one sew or have a supportive partner who does?

Re: Supportive underwear
Being kind of small probably helps but I've been wearing Fruit of the Loom jockeys one size small. Works good, feels good..... good luck!
