Two different injections didnt work tonight
Re: Two different injections didnt work tonight
I’m really concerned on if it’s meds or my process or what. I mean injections are all I have left to work. If these aren’t consistent then all I have is an implant
Re: Two different injections didnt work tonight
I seriously doubt injections would quit working for you so soon.
As for your technique I'd have no way of knowing. Never force the plunger if it doesn't want to go and never inject if it hurts as soon as you start depressing the plunger. Use syringes that have good plunger feel. If it's been working well for you I'd guess your technique is fine.
My best guess is your batch went bad.

Ok I’ll try a new batch and see. I have noticed more resistance than normal with plunger but still not hard to push either and no pain. Are most using the bd syringes or the standard insulin syringe in a 30 gauge or something like that from easy touch?
Are you guys prefilling some then freezing them?

Re: Two different injections didnt work tonight
I'd use any U-100 insulin syringe except BD. I think Easy Touch would be ideal. I prefer 31 gauge but 30s should be fine. I generally inject 14-15 units so I like the 1/3cc syringes for better plunger feel.
Try the aspiration technique if you want. When you pull back on the syringe plunger a tad it should stay where you pull it to. If it rebounds to near where it was then you're not in the correct spot.
I've pre-filled and then refrozen syringes just a few times. I did it just as an experiment and I did it when I had some Edex 40s and only wanted to use half at a time. I mixed it and put it in normal insulin syringes and froze one of them. Don't do that with Edex. The instructions warn you not to. Anyhow, my frozen syringe trials seemed to work fine. However, getting my meds in ten 1ml vials and being in a traditional marriage, I don't generally see the need to pre-fill.

Re: Two different injections didnt work tonight
Ok so I tried a u100 syringe from easy touch with the same dosage that was working again, and still nothing. So four tries in two days(I know that’s more than I should but I alternated sides and the med wasn’t working) and all four tries failed. I’m going to assume at this point the medication is bad. I was having a 100% success rate until the travel back from Mexico. Now 100% fail rate so it’s the only thing that makes sense. The weird thing is it still gives some slight increase in size and flaccid size and gives some achiness but no erection.

Mine doesn't cover them but yours might. Yours might cover Edex, etc but not tri-mix or compounded mixes, but they might. You just have to ask.
Prices vary by supplier and probably even more so based on the volume of your dose and possibly even the strength of your mix. In my case, last I ordered, it was $120 for 10ml of any strength of any mix. That pricing is not universal.
For most guys the pricing per shot is reasonable, providing they're not stuck buying Edex in the U.S. without insurance coverage.

I've experimented with freezing the pre-filled syringes and/or just the vial. For awhile I would get a fresh 5ml vial and immediately fill all 35 syringes and put them in the freezer. I've quit doing this because I felt the syringes did not hold up to the freeze/thaw cycle. The trimix itself was fine, but the plunging process was not consistent (either stuck or very difficult to push the juice into you know where).
Now, I fill about five syringes and keep them refrigerated -- vial goes back in the freezer. When the five are gone, fill up five more and repeat the process. I use about two per week.

I've had perfect luck with these syringes (link), in keeping them frozen for months with trimix in them. When defrosted (just takes a very few minutes), they inject smooth as silk every time. https://www.totaldiabetessupply.com/pro ... c-1-2-inch

Re: Two different injections didnt work tonight
Thanks guys for the input. I’m on trt so I already have those easy touch syringes. I’ll give them a try. I reordered a new batch of the pge1 so hoping this last batch just went bad since it quit working three shots in a row.
