Unfortunately my wife did not have a chance to go through menopause. She ended up with stage 4 ovarian cancer and had a total hysterectomy over ten years ago. Plus, since had several cancerous vaginal nodules removed, resulting in vaginal shortening and narrowing, which she has weekly PT sessions to gain some back. Pt141 for women is vyleesi, prescription. One of my mentors on this site shared about pt141 for his mrs, and what it does to her. In her situation makes her extremely horny, and intensifies parts of her sex organs. Another mentor of mine, shared that he give his wife a small dose of cypionate, which elevates her libido. So PT-141... how does that work in relation to PDE5 drugs (Viagra etc). With PDE5 for me I still need decent arousal in the presence of somebody else. Does PT-141 make that even easier? (I can't help but quote Eddie Murphy from Trading Places here: my dick gets hard when the wind blows.)

EDIT: There's a study that involved combination use - PT-141 could be a "force multiplier". (Hoo-rah!) Seems like if you can avoid / get over the side effects (take a basic anti-nausea pill like compazine if you can get queezy for example?) of PT-141 (Bremelanotide) this would be a great approach?
