Two different injections didnt work tonight

Thanks to solvingadream....I load many syringes with different amounts, for example 20 units trimix....i load 20 units then pull plunger back to 25 units, freeze. That way i know i have 20 units, and room for expansion. Easy touch brand, no problems. Solvingadream suggested taking a frozen trimix, loaded syringe, and put in lips, not mouth, to warm. Warms in a few minutes while I am getting 50% erect to inject, and finding alcohol swabs. The Idea works perfectly, even for spontaneity!

COST? I think my bottle of trimix is 70.00, not sure of size.

I think the trip ruined the meds or at least decreased its efficacy.
I don't like those insulin pouches. I bought one and the ice doesn't stay frozen for very long

What i do now is first pre-fill a bunch of syringes to keep at home before traveling. That way if the vial goes bad i don't waste too much of the medicine.

What i do is use the nordic ice and the foil-like bag that comes with the vial.
I put the vial in little plastic bottle and wedge it between the two nordic ice bags and seal the foil bag.

Basically the same way that it's shipped to me.

Maybe you just have an extra tough tunica sheath? Might be the needle was not piercing. My technique was to always manually get a good soft-on first so can see the spot. And although a quick JAB should work, I always just pressed the needle and then dug it in slow jabs so could actually feel the pierce the tunica. In a thousand+ shots never had a fail. And I did a lot of plain PGE-1 too. ( I always just kept refrigerated not even frozen ).

Thanks everyone for the input. Jim, I know it’s definitely tough to get the needle buried all the way to the base so maybe it is extra tough. I have to really push to get it in. My strategy has been to get the needle all the way in then slightly back it out a bit. I usually gauge that by when the plunger depresses easily. This new batch did work but it kind of plumped it up after taking it now once I got turned on in the moment it got hard. But before after shot it got hard on its own and I could stay hard after orgasm. I can’t currently. Am I just missing my mark or could I have already gotten used to the small dose I was taking?

Is that 20 units (0.2ml) of a 15mcg per ml mix? If I'm understanding correctly, and that's a big if, your current dose is 3mcg of alprostadil? That's not much at all! If that's correct then any weakening of the meds or any variation of the mix or even any inconsistency of injection technique is going to have a pretty big effect on the tiny amount of active ingredient you get. Needing to increase your dose a bit when you're using such a tiny amount isn't a big deal at all.

Dosage was .1 or 10units and that didn’t do anything. I went to .15 or 15 units and got decent results a few times for sure. Then it stopped working but I traveled out of the country with that vial. This new vial first try I did .2 or 20 units and it worked “ok” but needed stimuli to produce erection didn’t just go up. I’ll post a pic of vial but I believe your calculating correctly
