Is it same to ejaculate after implant just like natural erection or is it delayed ?

Nothing more than be patient,and it’s not easy,listen to your doctor and know it gets better as you heal up and your implant softens up.Be patient most of all with inflate and deflate,you will learn,it took me several months to get good at it!For me ejaculation is the same as before.I have had a few times I couldn’t reach orgasm but only a few.I couldn’t be happier.Play around with how much you pump up as it relates to orgasm.In the beginning I had better luck pumping up about 75%.I sure that varies for everyone!Good luck.Feel free to shoot questions my way anytime!

Day 4 update:

Mild pain last night but medicines took care of that. No pain since morning.
Mild swelling that was there since day 1 is also gone. Tried feeling the pump yesterday but couldn't get hold of the exact orientation nor deflate button, will try again once sutures get dissolved.

Things better than expected, lets hope it stays the same and infection free, specially 1st week which is the most critical.

Day 7:

No pain till now, tried deflating a bit was just playing around with the pump.

Only issue is that I have been urinating a lot since surgery. Water intake is as per usual but urination intervals have definitely increased.

Other points I wanted to ask was, when will the stitches dissolve, when can I remove the dressing ?

Your doctor should have advised you when to remove the dressing. For me, my doctor said to remove my dressing the next day. But contact your doctor.
