I went to the Ambicor site. 2 cylinders and a scrotum mounted pump. The pump acts as the reservoir. So really it's a 3 piece and mine then would be a 4 piece, as well as the AMS.

I have seen people here talking on 3 piece implants haven't seen someone writing about 2 piece implants show me your experience if someone have or had 2 piece implants..

I got the 2 piece Ambicor on June 9, 2021. Ask away.

BTW....I could not do the 3 piece due to a Fem to Fem bypass that I could not risk interrupting. It feeds my left femoral artery from my right due to a blockage in my left illiac artery. Otherwise, I would have done the 3 piece.

Interesting to know you man i hope you'll be fine and recovered well and howz you going through what is your experience did your surgeon tell you about erosion etc..? What is life expectancy and rigidity?

The 2 piece I am talking about is actually 2 pieces...2 rods. All you do is raise it up to fuck, bend down to put away...No variation.

So Agfa, you had the malleable. 2 rods are one piece.

I think you guys are talking different implants. One is a malleable, yes there is two semi hard rods. There are two & three piece INFLATABLE implants. Inflatable three piece is the most common implant discussed here on FT. The use of the word three doesn't mean that the total pieces used are 3. More in that 3 types of items are implanted. A pair of inflatable cylinders, a reservoir & a pump.
Two piece inflatables seem to only be used for special situations in men who's anatomy isn't well suited for a reservoir. Thus the reservoir is in the pump housing. That seems to limit the amount of fluid that is available to be pumped into the cylinders. It is my understanding that the limited amount of fluid will limit the range of erection & its hardness.

I'd like to help him also. I doubt mixing maleables & inflatables into one definition then bouncing back & forth between the two is the way to help him.

May I ask if you have any physical limits that wouldn't make you a better candidate for a 3 piece?

Dude i am planing to go for implant but i am stuck for some reasons what is good option for me 2 piece or 3 piece i have no physical limitations only i just want that rapid pumping and faster erection but i am struggling to find the the men who have their 2 piece implants working good i have heard there are chances of erosions with 2 piece implantation thats why i am looking for a person who can share me his experience.

If you are a good candidate for the 3-piece inflatable, then you should go for it. Less time in pumping means softer erections. If you have the option of a max rigidity, why would you go for less than that? And as the guys mentioned above, 2-piece and malleable are considered only if 3-piece is not an option.
