do injections keep you hard after you cum?

The oral meds (50-100mg sildenafil, 5mg daily cialis) still work, but I don't stay hard long after I cum, and tend to cum quick. Was wondering whether with injections, you stay hard after you cum. E.g. if you cum within 10-15 minutes, will the injection keep you hard after that? How does this effect (if present) differ between different ICI agents, e.g. Alprostadil, bimix, etc.

I only use EDEX (simple Alprostadil) so can't talk about bimix, trimix etc drugs.
Lately injections barely work for me, but when they did work well they could keep me "chubby" after i cum but after a while a proper erection could be achieved with stimulation. I guess it's similar to how a healthy man would work but i couldn't know, i've had ED all along.

Trimix is supposed to keep you hard until it wears off not necessarily after you cum. However I start loosing my erection after I cum. I have venous leakage so that could be part of my problem.

It is not VL related, the "losing erection" part is a natural process of the actual orgasm. The brain will command the body to produce the chemistry needed to release the pressure, to avoid tissue damage from prolonged restricted blood flow. That's why even with injected medication, you'll lose the erection right after cumming.

In my experience it depends on the strength of the medication and your response. Many men here fear too long an erection so yes it’s certainly possible for many to remain hard after cumming.

I have been lucky in that my erections last 60-90 minutes even with my low dose (5 units, Tri-mix). However, one time I used it there was nothing for 40 minutes. I gave myself 2 more on the other side, waited (nothing) and 3 more on the same side. That worked right away.

My wife had multiple orgasms and I was able to achieve CIP after 45 minutes and I went to clean up, pee and get a hot washcloth. When I came back she was back on the MagicWand all foamy and wanting more. I was able to go for another 30 minutes before I was just worn out and I knew I wasn't gonna pop a second time. But she had another string of great orgasms so it was well worth while.

I could NEVER have done that without the injections. Well, not since I was 25 - 30 years old...

I’ve heard on this forum others have a ‘2 hour erection.’ I still have yet to find out if that means hard AF.

My erection starts to dwindle after I cum. Chubby for sure.

It seems responses are very mixed. I am not sure to what extent pelvic floor dysfunction or VL might contribute to my issues, but as someone with bipolar disorder, I will unfortunately need to cope with the medication side-effects of the antipsychotics and mood stabilisers forever. Dapoxetine seems to work for increasing stamina, and I like the combination along with sildenafil. I am ordering some generic vardenafil soon, want to try that too. I am guessing the combination of dapoxetine + injections would be a win.

When injections were working for me, the erections were hard as steel. After an orgasm, I would soften much like normal after a cum. With a bit of recovery time, I could usually raise another good, stiff, usable boner. But that kind of success didn't last but a few months.

On a very low dose, I stayed hard for 3 1/2 hrs no matter what I did. It was scary the first time it happened.
