NOHARDS HERB LIST AND FOR ED part one
The first part of this list is what I take during any week, I tend to take things for just 5 days out of 7, now some of these will make you feel real good, and give your lives a real lift, now you may think I’m a nut job, never seen a uro, never had blood tests, but I think I’m healthier than I’ve been for years, I got my weight down as a part of getting over ED, never have any fast foods, I consume lots of olive oil a week, I’m out in the sun as much as I can through the year, which means a lot as this is Greece, so lots of vitamin D, through the year most of what we eat I grow organically, walk for at least 1 ½ hours a day, have a very healthy dog who loves being out walking, swim through the summer as much as I can.
This is packed with sites for even more info than my daily intake post, some of these links make for some good reading and will I hope for some of you expand your view of the humble herb, but please remember without these you would not be on all the ED meds you take today,
This was from a fellow members post as a reply to me, your ED is psychogenic, it has nothing to do with these magical fantasy herbs that you claim helped you, But first this member is not a doctor and he wants to remember, with out these magical fantasy herbs, he would not have the drugs he’s now taken for his ED, herbs are the roots of all modern drugs, and even to day there still being researched and there are lots they have not even investigated yet, all from roots, leaves, barks and there woods, flowers and seeds
Parsley, I had to start somewhere I have found this very good link, it covers most of what anybody could wont to read on this herb and its for ED as well.

Garlic, I have a passion for garlic in any form, raw on a salad, Garlic meat balls, baked with butter, Garlic bread and home made chilli made chilli and Garlic paste, what else could we want, and its also very good for ED, its very good for our blood, and we need good blood for erections.

Borax, or Boratic acid,, and has lots of other names is very good for ED, best to read the earth clinic info on it, as this explains its best, and this is where I first found it, and drink it every day.

Ginger, This I love in tea, Green or black, I have 1 mug first thing every morning and more during the day, very good for the blood, but a warning if your on low dose aspirin and want to try the Ginger just stop the aspirin, as Ginger thins your blood the same as aspirin.

Cayenne, This works wonders for you, in lots of ways, your blood, your prostate, I take mine with chopped up Garlic mixed as I take it, I just add a spoonful mixed with Parsley, I mix my Cayenne with tomato paste and thin with olive oil, so it has lots of all round goodness.

Green Tea, This is one thing I like, I have a Green Tea day once a week, I make a 2 pint pot the day before, and into this I put ground down Tribulus, I can get Tribulus in its natural form straight from the plant dried, I let it steep over night with the tea, now the Green Tea I get lose, tends to look like spinach in the bottom of the pot, so I grind this down as well,, this is some also very good for your blood.

Tribulus, or Tribulus Terrestris, I started taken this to back up my DHEA after doing research, this runs along the same lines as DHEA, you can buy the two as a stack, its just a part of my life now, my sex life, which why we are here and why your reading down this list, but you will find that this takes 8 weeks to get to full power, and then takes just 5 days out of 7.

Tribulus, I can get this in its natural state, dried straight from the plant, this I grind down and have with my Green Tea, gives me that extra kick, But cant find a link for this, its just something I do
DHEA, yes not a herb but a hormone, but it’s a part of what I take, very good for you, if you body can take it, it will boost your testosterone, lift your libido, and kick up your energy levels, there tons of info on DHEA, most on the good side, and some not so good about its side effects.

Now on this full time, your find so much good info on this, for lots of things, your blood, RA, heart, prostate, cancer, and a way of fighting high cholesterol.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Your find lots of links all saying just how good this is for you, you can even find one about tests done on it, the funny thing here is they could not find why its so good for us, apart from its history of curing all sorts of problems, for me its just a couple of table spoon in fruit juice, for me at the moment its apple juice? why, its in the fridge.
L-Carnitine this because of Fibromyalga, this along with the ACV is keeping it at bay, but LC is another thing to help erections, just google LC and ED your see why.
So if you have read through the links, do you think these could work for you, do you think these are magical fantasy herbs or would like me cure your ED.
Good Luck

Thanks for the information and links. There's a lot of good advice. One thing I would add that seems to help me is eating more tomatoes (although that's really not an herb). Unfortunately, I do not think there are any magical fantasy herbs that will cure ED in everyone. I'm still experimenting to find a combination that works best for me.
