I have been using injections for 9 years about. I can give you my experiences

1. Erection quality in the early years under tri-mix was an amazingly rock hard cock for close to 4 hours with the smallest amount. However it hurt like hell (i was allergic), Dr shrugged his shoulders, but FT got me to a different Uro and Bi-mix which feels awesome and far more natural erection. the stiffness is starting to wain unfortunately, we have upped the mix and dose over time, the stiffness is unreliable without a cock ring. I have a second appointment with Dr Eid next Monday.

2. Using Tri-mix the girth was really skinny compared to my natural erection. With Bi-mix my girth is pretty darn fat and my head swells up just as it used to. If you mean how long did it take before the injection kicked in, maybe five minutes now. Like all things it used to be faster when i was younger.

It took awhile to get used to injections, at first it was as if I was too hard to ejaculate and the sensation wasn't as good as sildnifal, but I reduced my dose and as things progressed, this went away.

Antedoctally, I actually have slowly had improved sensation and I attribute this to the way in which Trimix promotes so much blood flow, which allows healing.

The big thing about trimix, is you get a hard penis for hours, for me this is a mind-blowing experience, because it's improved the experience for both of us immensely - my wife's libido has improved in response. She can have as many orgasms as she likes, which is something she's not had in decades, and possibly has never had it this good. Interestingly, now that the novelty has worn off, she doesn't like having too many orgasms, which is not uncommon, some women don't like getting too tired out or sore.

The girth thing is actually an unwanted side effect, for me it started in the first couple of months but has stabilised, and I am hoping it stays that way.

The important thing is the hardness, while people think length and girth are important, my experience is that sustained hardness is by far the biggest factor for a woman's enjoyment, while length and girth are just more about looks.

Do you all think it's a sensible/practical to contemplate starting injection therapy even while supposedly recovering from tight, mild pelvic floor dysfunction?

I got a little increase in flaccid girth around the bottom half of my penis after a few dozen injections over a few months. It's like my penis stays slightly engorged and spongy and doesn't shrink up as small as it used to.

But it's not bigger when erect, and erections from injections leave the head less engorged and therefore smaller.

erection quality is excellent, as good as when i was a teenager
sensation is different, for me painful and harder to cum that's why i only inject when i'm having sex. i had to become a bit of a masochist to deal with the pain. over time this gets better or i pop a painkiller - which is a problem all on its own.

girth increases took about 3 months of injecting at least 3 times a week.

i highly recommend doing light traction and a good VED protocol.
i made this mistake too, i stopped pumping for a while but remember you need good night/day erections and cialis/l-citruline may not be enough. so remember to pump pretty much every day.

honestly my dick looks pretty big with a good pump and an injection later in the day. but DO NOT overdo pumping, just take it slow and easy the injections will take care of most of the girth growth. the pumping is to make sure you get good flow in the penis.
