Hi, guys. First of all, sorry for my English. I'm not good at writing
I'm in a very confused position right now and if anyone had the same symptoms, I feel like it would help a lot.
My journey started 3-4 years with an undiagnosed episode of depression. I fought with it by myself (a terrible idea, I know). This long episode gave me repercussions in the form of anxiety, low self-esteem, mild to medium panic attacks. I managed with them only several months ago. So all this metnal journey took about 3-4 years.
At the same time I started to mention that my perfectly functioning penis started to started acting weird. First time I went to uro in three moths after my first melt down. He told me to check my penis on ultrasound without injection and get tested for hormones. I did ultrasound - there was nothing. I didn't ger tested.
I decided it was all about my mental state. And simply because I was confused I did nothing specific. So, long story short in the beginning of 2021 I found myself in a postition where I mentioned, that my erectile function was deteriorating rapidly. I went to another uro. He said again that the reason was anxiety. I took that IIEF test and it convinced me that my problem was in my head.
So I have to be honest here I also came to uro, because another doc gave me a finasteride prescription for my allopecia. A got tested before starting taking finateride. I used it for 3-4 moths, my erectile function sometimes was great and sometimes non-existent. At some point I understood that I'm in a bad situation and stopped taking finasteride. So I went to another uro, finally he got me tested for relatable hormones (there were nothing specific except high prolactine). He also appointed doppler. It showed venous leak. I checked this result on another doppler. It was the same. I got an MRI it showed that blood flow in my arteries was unsatisfactory. And after that my uro appointed cavernosogram. It showed that I have (in my doc's opinion) very mild venous leak. He said it can be fixed with the right work of Bulbospongiosus muscle.
He also gave me a prescription for: diosmin (detralex) 500 mg twice a day, pentoxifylline (trental) 400 mg once a day, Yohimbin hydrochloride twice a day, tadalafil 5 mg once a day, dostinex half a pill once a week.
Interesting part here is that the protocol above worked great fo 3-4 days, but after that I was unresponsive. Two things happened: I got my formal medical result from cavernosogram. Another specialist who conducted it, said there are sighns of venous leak. And I also got very anxious because of medications. But it was fixed with Nebivololum (nebilet).
I had the same experience when I tried 10mg tadalafil daily. Worked great for 1-2 weeks. And then it stopped working.
So my question is: does anybody can give me a hint what the hell is going on? I understand that you are not specialist. But maybe you can give me an understanding, what should I do.
Anybody here with similar symptoms?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear buddy. I got similar problems like you after using Propecia.
It's good to hear you didn't took it for too long. I advise you against taking SSRI anti-depressants if you are feeling down.
Also hit the gym and use a VED if you don't have nighttime erections.
Did you combat the high prolactine?

Thanks. I'm not sure exactly what was my cause of ED. I've had chronic stress for 3 years, then I started taking propecia for short period of time.
Yes, for now my prolactine is low due to dostinex. My uro believs that I will benefit from the therapy in 2 months. So I decided to stick to the regimen for now. But if someone has insights here, I will keep my mind open
