I just realized what kind of ED machine that I bought. Its a radial shockwave and i have learned, that we all should be using a focused or linear machine, not acoustic or radial machines.

Thank you for your posts. I had a look at the BigD wave site and there is no mention if they are using radial or focused shockwave?
I have been waiting to hear of one person on this forum who has had a good result from either form of shockwave.
The friend you mention who has had what you describe as a good result for a period of time is one of the first!
I am not sure if its because the men who are having good results have no need to post on forums like these and the guys here who have had it done, have a form of ED which is not suitable for shockwave or their Ed is too severe for shockwave to help, given their age.
I think once you are past 65-70, the ability of tissues to regenerate is very limited.
Your friend got a good result for approximately a year? This would make sense as the process that caused the issues will of course still be active, so regular treatments to reverse the damage would seem logical.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.

You know, if it was a power tool like a CNC machine, you could get a bunch of gents together for a group buy. It's not a redickulous idea here either, though I think it would need to stay in one place.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
Re: Buy Soundwave machine?
I know this is an old thread but I wanted to chime in here in case this comes up in someone's search. My urologist recommend shockwave treatments to me. Given the cost, I did some reading and got a cheap Chinese machine on Amazon. At first, the results were negligible, but then I upped the power and frequency and started getting noticeable improvements. Morning wood came back, and Cialis became effective again. Right now I am about to begin my second round of treatments to see if I can get continued improvements. I can get usable erections now with Cialis, although nothing like what I used to get when younger (which is why I'm trying trimix now).
Anyway, I think shockwave is a viable option for some men with ED. It won't work for everyone (my doc said 75% success rate, tho the actual number is probably less). But it is producing improvements for me.
