Forgot to say that the old reservoir was left in. It had been wedged into deep muscle and would have caused more damage than needed to be removed.

So I have 2 reservoirs now though once has been closed off.

Day 3 (I've started again)

This is the third time my scrotum has been opened, and there's something new.

There's a new glue in the UK.

It's like they took a handful of cornflakes and broke them up into crunchy bits.

They then glued those crunchy bits to my balls.

The crunchy bits scratch against my loose underwear. I must point out that I'm not wearing my pulling pants at the moment just my "give your nuts some room" undies.

All in all, an easier experience this time.

Crunchy nut glue, that would be a fine step foward, just like dissolvable stiches were a huge leap. Very cool.

Day 4.

So far so good.

After my first implant my penis went black. Black as the ace of spades or that hole in Calcutta.

This time, nothing. Not even a slight blush.

No blood on the bedsheets either ( like after times #1 and #2).

That crunchy nut glue is still working well!

Hi LrB,

This one feels a bit more "natural", and the odd lump on the side has gone.

The cylinders that were taken out were at different inflation levels, one had fractured and leaked saline into my shaft.

Guess that would case a lump if anything would.

All nice and new now.

I've been playing with that demo pump you get given and i think I'm not going to have any problems cycling.

The pump i previously had was rock hard and need significant effort to press (only four squeezes were possible).

Anything has to be easier than that.
