Eustinas,
While being inflated to only about 20-30%, you do not expect the cylinders to reach the glans. When I am deflated, my tips are more than a cm away from glans, but when I inflate they go properly into it. You need to get inflated to at least 90% to decide whether you are undersized or not.
Same for the bend. You have to be inflated to find out. Just need to wait for your implant. You will be quite good!!

Thanks for the reply man -- I just have to be patient to start cycling, it's true. That being said, I am a bit confused as to why there seems to be conflicting information with what people like Robocock and yourself are saying, versus what ViaSwiss says here:

I reached out to about 10 of the top doctors in the US and basically all of them said if your tips are not into your glans now then you were likely undersized and need a revision

Hey brother, I just want to let you know that my tips were well below my glans when I was activated 3 weeks post implant. The difference in the posts you are getting is the results after weeks or months of cycling work. So right now is not the time for a doctor who does not have you in his or her office to do a full examination let alone someone on a site with just a picture to say one way or the other. I cannot say if you will be the same as me and the tips will work up into the glans or if you will be like someone else that did not. Only time and cycling work will determine which. We are different and so are doctors so our journey through this is different. But where you are in this now, my tips were just as low or even more so.

The important thing now is for you to follow your doctors instructions. And to follow you cycling protocol. Be strict on wound care to avoid infection. What you need to understand is that you are very early in this and you have a ways to go and important work to do. First is to heal and prevent infection and second and equally important is cycling work. There will be changes as you do this cycling work. You will learn how your implant best inflates and many other things that go with this from under ware and how to carry your new package. So you will need to adjust a bit to the new you. This is your job now.

The best advice I can give you is to stay as positive as you can. This helps with healing and problem solving for the other little things you will adjust to. And to give this time. Once you are cycling regularly and have completed your doctors cycling protocol you will have a good idea of the answer to your question but that is months ahead.

Let us know how things are going such as when you have started cycling, and what your cycling protocol is. I used ice packs for the five days after surgery and then heat when activated to help. Motrin to help with swelling. Lots of other good advice from brothers on this site to help you.

Take care and best of luck to you going forward with this.

Yes Newbe just spelled it out as well as possible, Pleas print his note out and re read it often, the next 3 months are the worst because we men are not typically patient and we anticipate problems. You are going to do great
Re read his note daily - you got this

Thanks Newbie443, since the pain has gone down I'm feeling a lot more clearheaded.

As of right now, the implant is still well short of my glans (again, still 30% inflated since surgery and still waiting to cycle for the first time) so I won't be able to fully relax until I can see that things are actually working, but for now I will just take care of what's in my control.

If anyone else can share info as to their implant tips not being in place at the beginning of the process, and what the healing process looks like, it would be helpful to me. Definitely makes me nervous to hear that a lot of dudes have the implant tips deep into their glans by this point.

I do wonder why some men had their implant tips right into the glans right from the start, and others like us don't. Moreover, that seems to correct itself in some cases, and not to in others, like ViaSwiss'.

I'll keep posting updates in here. I have some clotting in my balls so doc said I'm going to need 1-2 extra weeks of healing time.

Just focusing on work and guitar to bide my time for now. My hands are tied until I can properly feel all parts of the pump.

Cheers fellas, your help and words have meant a lot to me.

Quoting myself above to point out that honestly, I'm still kind of confused about this.

I was reading through this thread about another guy with the issue, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9851&hilit=rutikan and it too is full of conflicting information. The guy seems to have the same issue as me at this stage, yet he needed a revision. Similar situation to ViaSwiss.

The thread is also full of guys commenting that their implant tips were right inside the glans from day 1.

Others, as per RoboCock and another user's comments show in this thread, that the implant can also *not* be inside the glans in the early stages, and fix itself. What exactly is going on here?

Surely it's more than just a difference in anatomy? There's a discrepancy that I still haven't gotten the answer to.

It's worth noting that the author of the thread you referenced is pounding pussy and making girls cum with his "undersized" dick. In another post, he mentions that scar tissue in the glans is what prevented his original surgeon from placing the cylinder tips as far as he otherwise might have, and that his revision will involve a rather complex procedure to try to remove the scarring. Everyone's situation and anatomy are different, which is why it can be misleading to read posts on this site and conclude, "That's just like me!" What does your surgeon say about the sizing of your implant?

For me, when deflated, my tips are not into glans at all. Now I am about 10 months bionic. When inflated, tips are well into my glans. That is I believe you can only know when you are able to fully inflate.

I have several concerns about this issue:

First was being told you got 20cm and later told 22cm.
I'd like the see evidence of what I got. In my case I emailed Jamie Matson at AMS but there should be somebody where Titan is made for that info.

My second issue is since the Titan and my CX aren't supposed to grow in length, how can it grow into the glans unless there are folds (dog ears) that can allowed the implant to grow.

My implant is always into the glans but with a small dog ear, I think it grows maybe 1/2" from flaccid to erect.
I'd guess that if there is scarring in the glans, all bets are off.

I really hope all our fears are unjustified and this all works out.

Yeah, I was told 20+1 when I asked by text but then 22+1.5 in our official post op. Was just an honest mistake. This is a world class doctor so something like that shouldn't be of major concern.

I also realized I have the documentation in my Coloplast package showing that it was indeed a 22cm implant.

I had peyronie's and the doctor did mention working through scarring in the shaft, but nothing about it in the glans.

I do have a fold currently - you can see in my other thread. My hope is that this will extend properly once I cycle.
