Hey guys! I’m from North Carolina using a uro at Wake Forest Baptist.
My journey started a little over a year ago with sever testicular pain. Since then I’ve developed PE and ED. Currently using cock rings for the Ed u til I see the uro next week and Paxil for the PE.
I’m 28 and it’s really fucked with my mental health and someone’s it makes my wife feel like she’s the problem even though I assure her it’s not. She understand but she has some anxiety Issues of her own so this hasn’t helped.
I’m open to any advice from you guys and it is much appropriated!

Re: Hello form North Carolina
Sometimes testicular pain can be referred pain from a kidney stone.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Thanks Martin I did t know that. I did have ultrasound and different test done and my left testicle was severely inflamed at the time but this was also after I had Covid. Unfortunately the Ed issues started a little before this what what me and my wife can figure.
