There are a lot of men injecting for years, even decades, without issues. If you know you're prone to Peyronie, then I think it's safe to avoid injections.

As I talked in my last reply, IMO dating is easier with injections. This is different if you have a fixed and trustworthy partner.
The majority of opinions you see in this forum are from married men that have nothing to hide from their partners. If you are one of those men, definitely an implant is easier: 45 sec pumping and you're ok.
But if you're single and trying to date some random women and want to hide the implant, I'm sorry but you can't talk about how easy is to pump without your partner noticing because this is something you'll experience solely after having the surgery.
