Referred for an implant

Postby jLW1964 » Mon Feb 18, 2013 10:35 pm

Today I saw my URo and while we could have tried the higher mix of Trimix he was honest and said that it was time for an implant and get on with my life. My wife is nervous, I am relieved! Referred to a Dr.Paul Perito in Miami. Anyone heard of him? Off to read about implants.

JL...
I think you have exhausted the injection route and even though I inject and am totally pleased with results, some guys just can't seem to get it to work... you sure gave it enough effort.
Did your doctor test for a venous leak ? if that is the problem, no amount of trimix is likely to work, as the blood just does not stay in your penis, therefore it won't get hard.

I agree with your Urologist, check Jeremc's post ... he did a real good day by day report of his implant with photos . I think you will agree with him that an implant is a great medical advance .

Wishing you "hard times" in the near future.
