I was under the impression that the cylinders were pulled in tight into the glans by way of sutchers according to some of the articles I have read regarding penile implants.

They are supposed to be tight into the glans. The sutures are temporary, just used to pull the upper ends of the cylinders into the glans while the rear tips are placed into the lower end of the corpus cavernosum.

I had the exact same issue as OP. I just had a revision yesterday to fix it w Dr Hakky and went from 21cm to 26cm. No more floppy glans.

Congrats for your revision! Good news. That was a huge undersizing.

If so, the doc probably had to pull the tips into the glans,
When you inflate, see if you are able to pull your penis back to make the tips go into the glans.
Maybe you do that when flaccid?

Yes I did have the snake eyes.

I don't seem to be able to pull my dick back to make the tips go into the glans, no.

These pictures don't even show how bad it is. I have worse ones I'll post.

The surgery was performed by one of the top US surgeons recommended by this site. I don't understand how he could have missed something this obvious. I'm almost certain now I'll need a revision, in which case I'm fucked because I just spent my life savings on this implant.

How are you doing these days?
