Then you need to try a mix, dont just rely on one thing, L-Arginine and L-Carntine, go together, if you read up about both, if you order one they also try and sell the other one with them, and you will find there sold as a duo.

L-Carnitine, This you will find goes hand in hand with L-arginine, and you will find it offered if you buy either, reason they work well together if you read about both, its on my list next, when I drop one out so I can cycle my herbs a bit.

hi nohard.. thanks for the info.. i read the links like a madman. i'm thinking about buying Pycnogenol (40mg/day) and L-Arginine (1.7g/day). and propionyl-L-carnitine and L-Carnitine. but i got a few questions about this before i buy:

1) according to one study, both Propionyl-L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine improved ED. but its suggested in the article to just use L-Carnitine alone. so, should i buy L-Carnitine alone or both L-Carnitine and Propionyl-L-Carnitine?

2) i've had ED for 16 yrs thru a med and i believe partially chemically castrated me. this med created so much heat and pain in my groin area that it left the base of my penis in an hour glass shape. do u or anyone know how to reverse this situation to "regrow" damaged internal tissue? perhaps, using stem cells?

As for you hour glass did look at this some time ago, answering a question for somebody, but if I remember right, its a form of pyronies desease, and not good, so just what drug did this as it may help others to know about it, and stay clear of it.

Its not for your ED but your blood, get that working good and that will help the rest.
Its just in the UK as your name is Warren you would be called bunny as a nick name, this comes from the time we had lots of controled warrens around the UK, Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk made its name from rabbits, bit of history for you, but if your name was white your nick name would be chalky, Morgans are rattlers.

the hour glass is not a form of peyronies nor a peyronies symptom. peyronies is a plaque causing condition that curves the penis. the hour glass shape was not caused by plaque, but by the medication.

Hi Kman, first I only take 500mg a day, now a lot of guys take big does daily 2000/3000mgs, and mine is part of a daily mix but yes its a boost and works well to improve my erections, and very good with a cock ring, but would not go more than a 4 as improvment.
I think you did say that you can get soft erections, have you thought of a cock ring, I have a hardwear ice works wonders, to get real rock hard erections, and I have a home made one, see cock and ball tutorial for some info, may help you turn the corner,

Hi Warren I have worked it out today that I have got through over 200grams of Cayenne, and some of my own ground down and added to that 200, just got another 150 grams today, you say you tried it but was it that amount.

hi nohard.. the med was respiradol. and again, i dont have peyronies disease. this is confirmed with a doppler at the uro's office that didnt detect plaque in my penis. the bend in my penis was caused by penile injections. but thats a separate topic.

again, the med caused a bottle neck shape to my penis and i want to know if there are alternate therapies that can heal me (i.e., stem cells, etc).
