I note you mention you are also using injections .
How does that compare?
Injections stopped being effective about two years ago. However, When they were effective, my erection quality was much better than when I used the VED.

Can you lead me to a scientific, peer reviewed study that supports this?
Which? Bigger dick or increases ED.
I can personally report that I have increased my unpumped mid shaft girth from 4.4” to 5.5”. However, it took over four years. It may not be attributed to my pumping, but my ED has gotten worse.

You are funny, vinnylid. I just so want to believe that's possible (like the rest of us!!!). But especially the length increase... pumps aren't supposed to do that. (Right?) Maybe I missed your sarcasm flag. But you could be speaking truth. It's not like we're gonna get a sworn affidavit from your wife.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
Re: effectiveness of VEDs?
I was trying to be funny, but the numbers are real. I am technologically challenged so I don't know how to post a picture. I don't think my wife would be pleased knowing I posted this. I was surprised that she noticed the increase in size and asked me to stop using the VED because penetration was hurting. I have to go much slower now. I think the kegels are also very important, because the penis is an extension of the kegel muscle. Old men have most of their cock hidden in their fat roll, kind of like a bull.

Re: effectiveness of VEDs?
Thundersplace, PEGym, Matter of Size and many other websites are full of guys who have documented proof of girth and length gains from various exercises which must be done only as directed without undue force to the penis. Men who are in the gym appreciate the patience and commitment it takes for muscle building. Same patience and commitment apply to penis enlargement

There are already a couple of comments that verify my observation. That is the proof.
In general I do not believe "scientific proof" of ED. A few examples. There is "scientific proof" that Kegel exercises will help with venous leak. That is not true. It has not helped my VL and I have never seen a comment from someone who has had major help of Kegel for VL.
Another case is shockwave treatment for ED. There are several "scientific proofs" that shockwave will help 80% of men or so. Based on my research on ED net sites is that 100% men who have tried this treatment have only lost their money with zero improvement.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Re: effectiveness of VEDs?
Shockwave may have some usefulness to improve arterial glow and for Peyronie.
My humble opinion: since they are not invasive and with almost no significant adverse events documented up to now doctors oversell the treatment. Also patients may just give it a try before more invasive options even if the rationale for the treatment is ambiguous at best.
Once ED starts it's preatty common to spend a lot of money hoping to improve or to understand why it'is happening.
