Both companies make cylinders that fit dick lengths across the spectrum. The reason people say that about the Titan is the Bioflex material its cylinders are made of isn't as pliable as the silicone AMS cylinders. This can result in a flaccid that sticks out at 4 o'clock rather than hanging down at 6 o'clock, at least for the first year or so until the material softens over time. The weight of a longer dick can make it easier to overcome the rigidity of the material.

How do you combat your 4 o'clock Titan. Isn't it emberassing if people think you are exited?

I’ve had the same issue, there are dress pants I can’t wear anymore Bc the bulge is too much. As an executive, it’s been quite interesting seeing my staff trying not to stare. I’ve decided to minimize the extra attention by paying more attention to wardrobe!

Thanx for your answer!!

So in what way did you chance your wardrobe? Doesn't construction briefs help? Are there still dress pants you can wear? Do you you have a picture of you in dress pants because a picture says more than thousends words.

I just can’t believe that for a second.

I didn’t think that the two brands on offer were size dependent. Surely Coloplast would be eliminating a huge chunk of the market.

I’m about 5 - 5.5 inches and very girthy. I’ve never measured the girth though but I know it’s substantial.

However I’m a definite grower.

So ultimately, I’d like to know, can I still receive a Titan?

Thanks!!

It's more about girth than length. The Titan is a little girthier. Any implant will accommodate length

I never ever thought about size and didn’t even measure myself before the surgery.
But then I joined FT and as I recovered I discovered that my cock is a bit over 7”………..”pleasantly surprised” is what you can say I was and very pleased my Urologist chose and installed the Titan….it’s awesome :)

I laughed when I read your post because I could have written it right down to the same size. (I did not measure myself before the Peyronies injury but did when I was using the vacuum device to prepare for the procedure). Pleasantly surprised by the Titan implant!

Thanx a lot!

Is this an example of the dress pant you can't wear anymore or an example of paying more attention to the wardrobe. By picture it seems it can go both ways

Fair question! This is one I don’t wear as often due to the profile and fit
I usually keep a pump or two in it to avoid the bends and dog ears, but I may take it all the way down for pants like these. Not the worst problem one could have, but I work in a hospital with nurses all around. I prefer to limit the double takes and states as much as possible, lol!

From my perspective. The tight belt is pulling your waist in several inches. That highlights the bulge. Perhaps a looser belt or suspenders with that style of pants would really help.
