I have always used a mail order pharmacy. I am currently using Avella in Phoenix, Az 877-546-5779. It arrives frozen in a day or two in A package encased in dry ice. Avella is approved by Caremark, my prescription insurance carrier.

willy -- I also get my Trimix shipped overnight from out of state. So here's another option for you: Bryce Laboratories in Connecticut. 203-359-6323

I also use Avella and especially like the fact that they are willing to file with your insurance company. If you are old enough for Medicare and have supplemental insurance, your copay may make your costs very low, as in my case. As has been mentioned, there is next day shipping by Fed Ex. I have used three different companies, but have found this to be the most reasonable and most helpful.
