VED recommendation for girth you men

“Medical grade VEDs” are designed to allow a constriction band off the end of the cylinder onto the base of a pumped up erection in order to retain the erection for intercourse. Sex shop style” penis pumps with a vacuum gauge are good for therapy but normally have a flanged base edge to improve comfort which makes application of a constriction band more difficult.

My cock is girthy as well and I’ve found the cheap < $25 VED I buy on Amazon or eBay have been just fine. I haven’t found the need to buy an expensive VED.

GW, that was exactly what I was going to say! I spent $80 on mine, but only because it had the ability to cut off at a certain point (which it has no cause to).
After my surgery, got girth, lost length (I still say I was robbed, lol)

Hi, I would recomend the Soma XL unit, what i use , think it will take up to a 7.8 inch girth.
