I don't understand... You say u
have an Osbon pump you use it just for exercise and it work well but you bought also a sex shop fireman pump for 30 dollars.Make no sense you have an Osbon why you bought a low quality sex shop pump?
Are you using the Fireman instead of the Osbon?
So you waist your money buying the osbon if you not using it?
Osbon or Augusta Medical? Manual or Electric? For exercise.

Ok The medical pump it too heavy for me to leave it hanging on while I shower. The Firemans friend pump is very light weight and I can leave it attached while I shower. That allows me to get my 15 min in with no problem.
Hope that helps you understand.

So you don't use anymore your "medical device" for training but you prefer the sex shop pump is it right?
What about your obson you still use sometime or you forgot to have one?

I will use the medical pump from time to time. It does have more suction than the sex shop version. If I am not going to shower in the morning I will just pull the medical pump out and put it to use as I brush my teeth and shave. It has been a reall long time sence I have put the rings on. I never did get where I liked how the rings felt. My wife did not like the feel of the erection with the ring either. For me the injections work best for play time.

Ok i decided i will buy an Osbon erectaid medical pump.Seems to be the most expensive
but also the most used in medicals trials and with the best quality.
I'm from italy so i would like to ask you where is the better website to order in my country?
And i also have a doubt between the classic and the manual esteem wich of the two will be better for training (vascular exercise)?
And cause i'm 18x13,5 cm there are different sizes of pumps what will be the right for me?
Thank you in advance i would like to place my order as soon as possible ! )))

I have been pumping for health and for sex for more than a year. I do not use a medical quality pump but instead use a high quality, thick wall, flanged edge, acrylic cylinder from LAPump.com. It is extremely comfortable and a silicone sleeve is not needed ($79). I have matched it to a Harbor Freight brake bleeder/vacuum pump ($26) equipped with a vacuum gauge and safety release. In my opinion, you should not pump your unit unless you know the accurate vacuum pull inside the cylinder (should not be above 5 hg). Vacutech also makes quality systems.
If you are pumping only for health, an electric pump is the best way to go because you can program the system to cycle the Vacuum up and down which forces the blood to flow in and out on a predetermined basis. You can do this with a manual pump, but it's a pain in the ass.

I have a cylinder from LAPump and a manual pump from Harbor Freight. Never tried a medical pump because I am completely satisfied with my system. By the way, LAPump is not a porn shop, but a quality manufacturer of cylinders which can be ordered in a variety of sizes to custom fit your penis. Granted, most of their customers are not people with ED, but rather people seriously interested in increasing the size of their penis.

Robbie,
I would go with classic. The manual pumps tend to give better control. The electric pumps tend to be harder to get exactly the right tension. The manual pumps are more responsive.
