First timer..

Just had first injection today in DR office. 20 units… painless. Started feeling effects in 10 minutes. 75% erection for about an hour . All flaccid in 2 hours. No residual pain but definitely a new feeling in my member. Quick question for you experienced injectors. I am thinking I will stick @ 20 units with my girl for the next several injections. Based on those results I will increase dosage in increments of 5 units until I find my fun zone. Does my plan make sense to you guys.? Thanks.

20 units of what (at what strength) , if you don't mind me asking?
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction :roll:

yes the classic 30/1/10 trimix. normal starter dose :)

Yes, your plan makes very good sense. You may get much better results with the 20 units at home. Or add a good novelty cock ring behind the boys and the 20 units will probably do the job anyhow.

Agreed, Sexual stimulation from foreplay should get you to 100%.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

My first "live-fire" inject was last weekend, 10 units. Did nothing to ADD to whatever I was getting from 20mg Cialis already. I know the stuff works (had similar clinic demo a couple mos ago). But I suspect when I do (15? 20? ??) units it will be night and day.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Good luck. 20 units appeared about right for me.. I plan to sick with thst for a bit a see what happens..,Beginning of a journey.. i must say walking around Sam’s with a 75% boner put a smile on my face and an air of confidence in my attitude….

I would start with 10 units. 20 units at a doctors office would be like 10 units at home with your girl. Maybe even 5. Using too much is way worse than not using enough.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
