It was February last year from Penis Clamp. All the specialist could not believe i got this injury from it. 1 in a million they reckon
I had test done by head of intra radiology. They inject dye into my artery leading to the penis which shows that it does not flow anymore.
It is just my experience after over a year to test. All they can do is offer Viagra which will slowly stop to work as more of the smaller veins start to die
27 year-old pump injury - any advice much appreciated!

How old are you?
Sounds like you were very unlucky - I'm sorry to hear that. I'll see what they find on my scans - what scan did they use the dye to see the artery? Was it USS, MRI, CT?
Given that I was using a pump and not a clamp we were using very different methods. I will see what the USS and MRI show but I imagine that the type of injury would likely be very different between the two methods. If I had damaged my artery I imagine I would have had lots of bruising/pain/haematoma as well
28-year-old with intermittent psychological Erectile Dysfunction?
Normal stimulated USS and MRI mid-2020
Working with pelvic floor physio since Sept 2020 and seeing good improvements - ?CPPS/hard-flaccid as cause

Gee, how ominous... does having an implant not help?
In what way have you deteriorated?
How old are you and do you have any comorbidities?

I feel your pain. I too injury myself doing something stupid. After seeing multiple urologist/radiologist and countless other specialist and test it was determined that a main blood vessel/artery sending blood to the penis had died.
I had all the same issues as you. If you problem is like mine it will continue to deteriorate and most if not all of the penis tissue will be gone.
My best suggestion just to leave it and pray. The more you try to fit it the worse it will get.
Sorry for the bad news

Re: 27 year-old pump injury - any advice much appreciated!
I know nothing about pumps and I'm afraid I won't be able to help much, but I do know a thing or two about penile injuries.
Urology clinics are filled with cases of penile injuries. It's unbelievable the things some men do with their dicks. Most guys probably want to imitate the filth they see in porn but guess what? Porn movies aren't just degrading and horrible, they're completely fake as well.
NEWSFLASH: The penis is not made of steel and some precautions should be taken.
A few tips that may be helpful:
a) Condoms are great, they prevent STIs and several penile injuries;
b) Some positions should be avoided (woman on top is a NO from me);
c) I'll get some heat for saying this but I find masturbation unhealthy, I haven't done it in years;
d) Good lubrication is essential;
e) If an injury does happen (e.g. torn frenulum, skin wound), Halibut cream may be a good solution; some guys have also mentioned neosporin cream but I live in Europe and it's not available here;
f) I also apply Zovirax Duo to the glans immediately after sex;
g) If you suspect anything, go see a doctor (urologist) ASAP, better safe than sorry.

Hi Flavio, I am sorry but I am sure your expecting this, I cannot let the comment below ride:
“I find masturbation unhealthy”
In the past young men were made to feel guilty for many reasons for the practice of masturbation. It has taken much time to rid ourselves of this guilt and possible religious dogma that still pervades some our culture today with comments like yours that masturbation is “unhealthy”.
Most young men reading this will know that the above is nonsense. However, there will still be some who will read it and it may affect them negatively, causing more psychological trauma or encourage an unhealthy relationship to their own genitals. For this reason I will unreservedly state that masturbation IS healthy and a substantial part of any man’s sexual development and sexual enjoyment throughout his adult life. It is how most men learn about their penis and sexual ability. It is how many men learn how to control sexual function and also learn how to optimise their own sexual pleasure. It does not cause sexual dysfunctions unless the practice becomes obsessive (which is actually a separate problem and is usually accompanied by other addictive practices). Nor does it cause issues with sex with another person and can actually improve these sexual encounters because the guy involved is very comfortable with his own penis and how it functions. Many young guys learn how to control premature ejaculation through masturbation; I did.
There are also guys out there who find it very difficult to have a sexual partner and masturbation is the only sexual enjoyment they get. Making them feel that the only avenue they have for sexual pleasure is “unhealthy” is quite cruel in my opinion. Just because you have a sexual partner Flavio and you do not need to masturbate at this time in your life does not give you the right to say that these men are causing physiological or psychological harm to themselves and they should not have any sexual pleasure at all!
Many people have sex perhaps once a month with their partner (sometimes a little more frequently, sometimes even less) due to our busy work lives, energy levels, and if one partner is not very sexually motivated, the reasons go on and on. Masturbation for many males in these circumstances actually keeps the sexual organs healthy and functioning, keeps the prostate and seminal vesicles working. These organs need exercise like every other part of our body does. Some men have a very high sex drive, more so than their partner and being able to masturbate actually helps stop issues in a relationship, because the other partner cannot provide the amount of sex to keep them happy. This is quite common, especially with regard to women after having children.
Masturbation helps increase blood flow to the penis, helps oxygenate the erectile tissues, especially with older men who do not get spontaneous day time erections anymore or night time erections have become less frequent, leading to hypoxic conditions in these tissues.
Masturbation is healthy. It is the negative attitude toward it that is unhealthy.

It's a fact, not an opinion: most penile injuries are caused by masturbation. Ask any urologist and he will confirm this. And like you said, it may become an obsession.
I agree, however, that masturbation may sometimes be useful. There was blood in my semen recently and I had to masturbate several times to get rid of the excess blood. And I also masturbate when I'm trying a new treatment or brand.

We cause injuries to various parts of our bodies from general activities, accidents happen to all of us. This does not mean we don't leave the house and avoid life. A very small percentage of men using odd masturbation techniques or penis lengthening exercises could be more inclined to injure their penises, but this is not the norm! You are focusing on a very small percentage of males that masturbate and have issues with the aforementioned practices. I know of no one personally that has injured their penis through masturbation. However, I know of two people who have injured their penis during sex and one required surgery to repair the tunica. I am not talking about people posting on frank talk either, these are actually people I know.
I do not think any urologist would make the unscientific claim that masturbation is unhealthy and was a serious risk factor for penile injuries. I would think they see just as many cases if not more of penile trauma from sexual activities with another person.
