Hello From Oregon soon to be Arizona

Postby Paul.Lawry49 » Mon Dec 20, 2021 10:05 am

I joined a couple of weeks ago, so I've been lurking, trying to find out what others have done to help with their ED.
I'm 72 and in great health, so far. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in Dec of 17. I decided to go with the EBRT. It was okay until the halfway mark when they cranked up the power. After that my first orgasm had some blood in it, I was not happy.

Now, some 3+ years later I feel it's been long enough to try and see if I can get my erection back. I know I've lost some length and girth, I also have a curve, which never was that way before.

I'm learning as I go. I've ordered an VED from Amazon, hoping that with some training I can get some help. I've also got an adjustable band coming. We'll see.

I wish I had never had it done. I always felt fine. lot's of energy and could get hard as a rock.

I've been masturbating ever since I was 11, so that didn't stop me from getting it. I miss those sessions a lot....

I think that the emotional about what has happened is the roadblock. At least my female partner is very understanding. 8-)

Now to see if I can rebuild my dick!
72, diagnosed with PC on 12/17, 45 EBRT's, great erections until then. Now I have a curve, which I'm working on. Started using VED 12/23/21 My GF is real patient and helps out a lot. It's a work in progress.....

Paul, I went through the same thing in 13, EBRT, and was on Lupron for a year. my T levels were 37 for over a year and that caused me to atrophy. I hit rock bottom in 17 and took it upon myself to find a better way of fixing all the problems I had. The only medical advice I received was to Pump for 10 minutes daily, and I was getting no where with that advice. Incontinence was a major problem, couldn't go anywhere that would result me standing inline to pee. After many trials and failures I came upon a routine that has help me a lot.
Like you I had lost size and girth and I wanted to regain as much as possible. I was somewhere in the 6 inch area before treatment for cancer, don't know about girth. This is what worked for me to regain length and to add over an inch in a years time. Every morning in the shower I stretch, up, down, sideways. After my shower I will jelq for 20 minutes, then edge for 10 minutes. My measurements as of today are 7.25 length with a girth of 5.75. I do not have problems with incontinence as long as I do penis exercises. If you try this routine start slowly for the first 2 months. Good luck, things will get better, but you have to work at it.

It appears that a lot of men have injured themselves permanently jelqing. If you go down that road please use extreme caution.

Bldoink is 100% correct. Jelqing can be dangerous if you do not do it correctly. Learn, ask questions and go slow. Take your time, your not going to fix your problems tomorrow, it takes time. My ed is back to normal and if necessary I will continue to jelq as long as possible. I'm 72, and I consider it a blessing to have found a cure to my problems at my age. My wife in all in with the exercise that I do. Good luck and listen to these guys, they have been a great help to lots of people in our situation.

Thanks BuzzBait!

I know a little about jelqing, so I know to take care. I sure don't want to hurt my soldier!

I hope to receive my VED in a day or two. I also have read about the timing of the sessions, and you're spot on. I'll take it slow and see what happens. I quit taking meds except for some immune boosters and natural herbs. Detoxing my body will also add some benefit.

I also know that it is not a one size fits all kind of experiment. It will take some perseverance to find the right combination.

Thanks for your response!
