Priapism is probably most frequent with first timers who are getting their dose incorrect.
A doctor will often prescribe too much in the beginning and you'll have to go to the emergency room with priapism.
Needing 20 units to get an erection at the doctors office might mean you only need 10 units for sex at home when you'll actually be turned on. Maybe only 5.
Start low, work your way up, and you'll likely never have priapism.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

I got paraprism the first time after being injected at the office, I was hard for almost 4 hours with excruciating pain
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years
