I met with one yesterday who said I should expect to lose 20% of my length because the Titan tips will not be in the glans.

At 6" erect, I don't really want to give up 1.2" !

thanks for any opinions!

only shit doctors say that. that’s why it’s recommended to go with the best.

15.5cm seems short for a 27cm implant. do you feel pain in the glans when inflating? are you able to inflate all the way? i best you’re gonna be growing over the months.

thanks Luis -- does Eid say that he will go into the glans and preserve your full length?

yes implant is supposed to go about midway up the glans.
Eid measures your stretched flaccid length and injects you and measures erect length.
he guarantees the same length as those two measurements.

same for other great doctors like Hakky.

That makes no sense, an experienced surgeon will strive to preserve close to 100% of your original size in length and sometime you can even get extra girth depending on the implant, however NEVER expect any extra length, that's physiologically not possible unless you never had a full erection and the implant would uncover what you have never naturally achieved but that was already there. Medical literature is backing my statement, it is not just my personal opinion. The reality is that most people preserve 100% of their size or at least very close of it, however during the recovery period, you might not be able to see the fully size and you actually may end up never seeing it if you don't cycle and you don't follow the post op instructions given to you by your surgeon. It is generally expected that you would unleash 100% of your max size by month 12 after the surgery provided that you have duly cycled as prescribed by your surgeon.
I recommend you to see another surgeon for a second opinion you don't want to mess with your dick by trusting an inexperienced surgeon.

I've got a 24cm Titan on the left and a 21cm for the right cylinder due to scar tissue from iliac surgeries. I was surprised it's that long as I'm about 100lbs overweight and thought a 18cm was what I'd get. I was finally inflated two weeks ago but can't cycle yet because my transverse incision hasn't healed yet after 8wks (I start wound therapy next week). I was almost my original length upon inflation but not at the normal girth. Still have frequent evenings of pain from my left testicle getting irritated by the pump. It gets inflamed and is really uncomfortable. So it's still icing and Tylenol for me. My scrotum is crowded because it shrunk from years of TRT. I'm going to ask about HCG or HGH therapy to increase the size and give them some breathing space. Does HCG/HGH therapy really work? How about Kisspeptin?
Thanks

@howling8
Kisspeptin is not as strong as HCG. If you can get HCG use it, it should help.

@LuisFernandez
I think if I measure with full engorgement, I'll be about back to my pre-implant length. I will probably grow over time too I'd imagine.

@crazyjoe
If a uro tells you you will for sure lose length and won't be into the glans than find a new uro. I'd def go with Hakky, Kramer, Eid, Clavell, Carrion, Karpman

Interesting situation occurred last week while I was on vacation in Mexico.

I had a strange bulge / bump that popped up. It felt slightly irritated / itchy. I was worried it was an aneurism.

I ended up cycling and it took care of it. I had not cycled in 3 days which was the longest I had gone. I think there was just a dog ear causing fluid retention..

Damn, that is prominent! Does it go in when you press on it? If it does, then its a kink. But either way, they fucked up on putting it in.

So tactfully put. Sigh.

He’s sorted it out.
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
