Now I have to go pharmacy shopping.
Now I have to go pharmacy shopping.
Hey guys, anyone else here get an email from their pharmacy in Texas saying something similar to "currently we are not able to fill your prescription because we are down for repairs." They asked me to find another pharmacy. For the last 5-6 years I've been getting a 10ml vile delivered for $130-ish. I've been checking around a little and am finding a huge difference in price. I'd like to find one that is currently in the same price range as the one I've been using. I'd sure appreciate some guidance. Thanks!
Married 42 years. Heart attack at 58. Stented. CAD. Heart meds along with the CAD are raising hell with Willy's willingness to come out and play. Sildenafil works, but with annoying side effects. We're having a VERY enjoyable experience with Trimix!

I don't know the reason your compounding pharmacy is "down for repairs", but I know compounding pharmacies have newer requirements about certified clean spaces and sterile techniques. These involve newer Federal guidelines and yearly fees. Previously, compounding pharmacies were inspected by state pharmacy boards.
This may drive the cost of trimix up, if and when your pharmacy comes back online. Or they may elect not to make injectable preparations (the requirements are crazy expensive). They can probably still compound creams and topicals, those sterile requirements are much less. Sadly, this has the effect of driving up prices for consumers, lessening choices, hurting "Mom and Pops" in favor of larger corporations.
Anyway, I know my pharmacy is much more expensive than what you were paying, they have the cleanroom. For a 10ml vial of 30-1-25, with shipping and taxes, etc, I pay $244 for a refill. The first time I ordered, it was $344, as this included telemed and a 5ml of "anti-dote".

Isn’t Olympia at that price esp if you buy 3 vials?

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

In fact, it seems ridiculously cheap (no offense Martin6469!). Maybe the $135 is the 10ml price when you buy two? But I learn something new every day... I just thought there wasn't a lot of wiggle on pricing below the low $100s per 10ml.

Wow, three vials? I never thought to ask about a quantity price when I was speaking to Olympia! I thought that when the 10ml vial lasted from April to December the wife and I were hitting a pretty good pace...three vials would be a bit ambitious!
