Advice/ Tips
46 yr old. Married swinger. Implanted AMS 700 in Nov 2023. ED started in mid 40's with diabetes. TriMix worked but had scar tissue.
Re: Advice/ Tips
My only concern would be that 2 units is an awfully tiny amount to meter and administer without any error. IMHO, you would be better off with a weaker mix that you could use 10 to 12 units of.
As for advice I'd suggest reading as many of the older "Injection" threads as you can stand. Lots of advice there from different perspectives.
Good luck.

Two units - really? You sure it wasn't 20? aka .2ml aka .2cc?
Just spitballing: sometimes some cosmetic products you're supposed to try a very small amount in an out of the way place to assure tolerance. Maybe that's what's going on?

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
Re: Advice/ Tips
Yeah, the doctor probably said or wrote .2ml which would be 20 units. The OP should certainly confirm with his doctor.

Take some time and read through the forums. There are dozens of tips from men who are very experienced with injections. Are you starting off at the urologist or at home?
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

At home. I'm used to needles being a diabetic. I've never shot into Mr. Happy though.

Injecting in your penis is ridiculously easy. Assuming you are starting with T105 30-1-10 I wouldn't inject 20 units the first time. When I first started 10 units got me halfway there in the doctor's office. I decided 20 units was the next obvious step. I ended up with a 3-hour long erection. Keep some Sudafed close by and get a bottle of phenylephrine for emergencies.

Re: Advice/ Tips
Don't force the meds in. If the plunger doesn't depress easily you're in the wrong spot. Most likely your depth is off. Try deeper or shallower. Aspiration is also a good technique to determine proper placement. If you're in the correct spot you can easily aspirate blood into the syringe.
