After 14 months of injections and approximately 145 shots… I found the 5/16 31ga needle works best for me buried all the way to the hub.. used at the 10 or 2 position anywhere from 1/2” up from base to mid shaft. One time I injected immedafter my wife had given be a great blowjob and was about 60% erect…. Problem was is was going down rapidly as I was injecting…. That was one of my very few failed attempts. The other fail was when I tried a 1/2” needle and obviously went too deep as when I started rubbing it in I actually had juice dripping from my tip… must have injected into the urethra. Except for those two times I’ve never failed to get responses. My first dose was 5 units and I have had to increased every 4-6 weeks consistently and am now at 30 units. I can tell I’m needing a stronger dose as about the time I’m finishing I’m also going soft. Up it 2-3 units and it lasts at least 30 minutes after I’m done. I’m also dealing with positional issues. While on my back it’s never really rock hard. In missionary or standing in hard as a rock. When I’m finished I roll onto back and usually start getting soft but as soon as I get up to shower it instantly gets rock hard again. Will be getting implanted by mid year I hope
