want to inject forever

Postby TwoStep » Thu Jan 20, 2022 9:53 pm

I’m 30 years old and have ED following an injury 10 years ago. I’ve been using viagra but it’s not effective enough so I recently started using injections. I want to keep doing that for the next 30 years until I’m 60. Inconvenience of injections is no problem for me. Of course my concern is progressive scarring, but let’s say I can tolerate getting a <20 degree curve and shrinking from big-ish to average. Maybe I’ll need to ration the injections beyond the standard recommendations to achieve this longevity.

Can you tolerate straight alprostadil mono-mix?

IMHO, your problem will not be scarring or size change, so far i haven't had ANY of those after using injections since 2007.
It's gonna be the loss of efficiency of the drugs. If you are in the US, you have access to custom-made drugs, so you should be set for a while, but it seems that even that eventually doesn't work anymore. If you are in EU/rest of the world, you are fucked, like i am.
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

I would recommend you do some traction to keep any scarring at bay. Potentially just using a VED daily can counteract scarring.

TwoStep or anybody - just going off what's written in your post, why does injecting lead to a curve if you're injecting equally to both sides? For that matter I hadn't heard about shrinkage from injections either.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Hunchback, do not say that he won't get scaring or fibrosis, there are men like me that got deformed penis because of Trimix, because you didn't get it it doesn't mean that he won't get the fibrosis
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

The more I am reading through this forum, the more I am beginning to understand that using monomix is the way to go if you want to decrease your chances of scarring.
