This seems like an outrageous problem to have, lol.
I got my penis pump a few days ago and am making an effort to use it twice daily in preparation for my Pump Implant surgery end of March.
When I pump to the size I would like to it sometimes feels like my testicle is going to get sucked into the cylinder and it kind of hurts. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
Any input is appreciated.

What is your girth size? What size diameter cylinder are you using ? Are they actually getting sucked in?

personfromon; I had a similar issue early on. Solved by purchasing a rubber shield which is placed between your body and the pump. For example: https://www.reachmedical.com/v-e-d-body-shield/. I also make sure that the pump is positioned firmly against my body and I make sure to move my scrotum as far away from the pump as possible. Works well for me.

Trust me, you don't want your nuts sucked into the tube. I've been there. I was just more careful afterwards. As mentioned, I was more careful with the placement of the tube and made sure to keep it firmly pressed against my body between my dick and balls. I haven't tried it but I guess packaging the boys with something such as a silicone ring might do the trick. But as also suggested, try the shield thing. They say they work although I've never tried one.

I'm not entirely sure on your first two questions. One was actually sucked in today for the first time which was an unpleasant feeling, lol.

Thanks Alan. I actually got this pump specifically: https://www.lovehoney.ca/sex-toys/male- ... 74414.html which includes a little silicon "shield". My left twin snuck it's way in which was painful . Is it possible I was using too much lube? Might have to get a smaller shield.
Appreciate the advice everyone! I might see if I can get a smaller shield.

Girth = how big around is your penis?
Pump cylinder diameter= how big around is your cylinder?
If your cylinder is too big for your penis it will suck in your testicles easier
You do need a properly sized cylinder.
Girth —---> Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* --> 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* --> 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* --> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* --> 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* --> 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* --> 2.75

Personfromon: I'm not sure are talking about the same thing when I mention shield. I think you were referring to the silicon rubber insert which fits in the pump and that you lubricate and insert into. The shield that I was referring to is a thin (about 1/16' thick) around 5" round silicone shield that is placed between you and the pump insert. There are also many other inserts that are available which are a tighter fit on you and might alleviate your problem. https://www.kodidistributing.com/collec ... ccessories?
