Implant and post Girth size

Without injections, cock rings, pills etc, what is your natural post IPP girth size?

I feel like I have not seen one post of someone coming out the surgery (after swelling goes down) with a bigger girth than 6inches
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

My girth is a bit over 5".
It's about what I had before but I never measured it.
I just go by feel and how snug it is when having sex.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Mine is 5 1/4" pumped up and engorged 51/2". Uro said it would only get 5" , wrong.

I was 5” girth before surgery,51/2” after with my Titan.
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

I was also 5" girth pre-TItan and have expanded to 5 1/4" after five-and-a-half months and seem to still be growing. I'd love to hit 5 1/2". It's the girth that gets her off!

Seems like the girth is what gets most women off these days. When I’d have sex after VED use the sex was insanely good. Post IPP just ain’t the same, I’m greatful but I wonder if I should think of injections down the road too

Do you mean you were using the VED to get an erection and used constriction rings to keep it? Or were you just pumping for girth and getting the erection my other means?

There are men here who are over 6" girth after the implant, Myself included. I'm between 6 3/4" and 7" now but before the implant I was larger in girth. After a certain point, there isn't an implant out there that will give you all your girth back. A lot of it depends on how each man's penis is made up. Some have thicker tunica's than others
