This is one of my biggest fears of needing an implant someday - the loss of natural erections and the impression that will make on women.
I use injections, but I still get natural erections sometimes, like when my girlfriend and I make out deeply or talk about sex. These erections aren't good enough for sex, and they usually immediately deflate if I attempt insertion, but they make my girlfriend really happy. She loves seeing that she turned me on. I'd hate for her to lose that source of affirmation.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

Acknowledging how she was feeling was the right thing.
I’m married and after 26 years together I’ve learned that most of the time the best thing for me to do is just listen. People want to be heard.
Hang in there.

Read She Comes First (which somebody else recommended to me here not long ago). Pretty good book for what it is. You will realize (or get re-reminded) that coital penetration with a hard-on is not really the be-all to a woman's sexual nirvana. But, women often think it is more for a man (it's what society has taught us), so a lack of erection can have obvious ramifications to the woman's way of thinking, even self-worth. But this will quickly be forgotten with the right attention to her orgasm.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
