Hi my friends,
Well I finally had it the ED pills (half the times they work well) and because of the success I've read from you guys over the past years I am excited to start this journey! My urologist prescribed and ordered a trimix (.5) today. I'll see him in a few weeks for the initial injection. But I don't know anything about the type of mixes but I'll eventually find out so I can track success or failures. Anyway you guys are great! This has been a safe and supportive place for me to go to when I need reassurance!
Thank you all!
Excited about my first injection!

Re: Excited about my first injection!
Did either of you choose injections and the pills still work? I want the benefit of being spontaneous. I believe the injections can give that back to me. Yes I know you can't inject daily..but due to health issues for my wife and self..daily intercourse rarely happens to days in a row for me. I just want to know that whatever I use will make me stay hard long enough for us both to reach the big O! You guys have any input?
Thanks
Thanks
Medically retired. Due to very bad back issues..multiple surgeries. Implanted pain infusion system on long term opiodal meds; hypogonadism and hypothyroid as a side effect from intrathecal pain infusion system. Use low dose generic V

For me the pills work about 50% of the time but i chose the injections for those times i want a guaranteed erection. For me it’s every weekend that we have sex. I don’t think injecting daily is feasible either. If by chance we have sex mid week, then ill try the pills and hope they work. But i am on the big anorgasmia boat, so when i inject, it’s to make sure my wife gets what she deserves.
50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil

It’s taken quite a while to get decent results from pills. Viagra does nothing for me. I started taking one 5mg cialis daily a few months ago. Morning wood is back eveyday, but, it doesn’t last long enough. I can coax it back up but keeping it hard enough for good penetration just doesn’t work. Trimix has been the answer for me. Knowing I’ll have a long lasting erection allows us to fondle and play more and not be hurried trying to ise it brfore I lose it.

What do you mean "works most of the time"?
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

This is exactly where I am. Although I am fairly new to injecting, it’s been a huge relief so far to know that I don’t have to rush things when the pills do work and I get hard. Now I know I’ll be hard and can take my time.
58 years old. ED for 12 years. Pills faded and then effectively stopped working about 2 years ago. Started with bimix, but recently switched to traditional trimix: 30 papaverine, 2 phentolamine, 0.2 atropine, and 5 mcg PGE. Usually inject about 10 units.
Re: Excited about my first injection!
Covidtookit, I used pills for o little over 10 years and as you did, they began to loose effectiveness gradually leaving me limp halfway thru sex. Urologist said I likely have a leak and it will continue to get worse normally but not always… well started injections and use 2-3 times a week for 16 months now and started with 5units of mix and am now at 30 units and seem to be going up about every month. Meeting Dr Wierschem in Dallas the 23rd to discuss implant. Sick of this ED and ready to end all my ED problems once and for all with an implant.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

What do you mean "works most of the time"?
The 3 injections on the left side all worked. The first 2 on the right side did not. Did my 3rd injection on the right this morning and it worked.
