Soreness

Trimix is awesome. Great boners that last almost 2 hrs on 15 units, but after a couple positions and orgasms my dick is very tender from the injection and uncomfortable to continue sex. Anyone else having this issue? I am putting the full needle in. Maybe in going too deep? Kind of defeats the purpose of having a great boner and not wanting to use it due to tenderness.

You're probably experiencing alprostadil ache. It's fairly common, especially with new users. Some guys never experience it. Some guys never get past it, but many guys find it gradually diminishes with continued use. I was one of those. I personally also did experience alprostadil ache initially. However with continued use and polishing my injection technique it diminished and I no longer experience it with normal use.

You might lower the dose, perhaps that can help with the ache.

Some of the guys have a fourth ingredient added to the trimix, atropine, that is supposed to help with the ache. I haven't tried it.

When I was injecting the larger my dose got the more ache I'd have. Usually happened the next day though.
