Hello everyone

I recently got a third round of fillers and have reached a very satisfactory girth. I am single and sometimes meet women on dates. It's well known that women checkout a bulge.

Does anyone have any underwear and or outfit ideas that help to show a prominent bulge?
I have tried rounder bum underwear but the older one I had( which had a lift pouch) doesn't fit my package anymore. Ordered two new designs and they don't have the pouch.

I usually wear dark wash denim on dates.
Found a denim brand that makes super stretchy ones.

Any guidance will be appreciated..

WildmanT is one. The other is Zonbailon. They push your junk out and really give you a nice bulge.

For those who recommended no underwear..the issue is gravity.
As with breasts..without push-up bras women won't look half as attractive as they look with those on.

There are special pouches that lift the penis and scrotum up and forward..which makes them look way more bulgier than when they hang between legs.
