If you have scar tissue or other issues.

For me, I might have needed a corproplasty or glanspexy. Luckily I didnt need either and had a fairly straight forward operation, but mine was at the hospital just in case.

Mine would likely need to be in the hospital too. Noticeable scarring on the left corpus.

Thanks for everyone sharing the pricing.

Hey Swiss, i just wanted to ask if you have any experience with pelvic pain either before or after your implant. It's associated with HF and ive been trying to find any evidence of how it affects implant satisfaction. I have HF (5 years) and have recently (6 weeks) developed pelvic pain .

My pelvic pain is kinda vague, doesnt happen often and radiates to the penile shaft every so often. Yours was probably different but im just lookin for anyone with pelvic pain history/pelvic floor dysfunction

There was some pain and aches, nothing intense, more just annoying every now and again. Seems to not be an issue anymore.

Thanks, it's good to know that it's not such an issue anymore but did you have any pelvic pain before the surgery?

5 month update

I made a post a few weeks ago that all seems to be fine and dandy..

However, an issue seems to be getting worse and if it continues to get worse it would be a bigger issue, like an additional operation.

It seems to potentially be erosion on the backside.

As you can see in the amazing art I made below, my left cylinder extends about a cm or so shorter than my right cylinder. This does not cause any issue with my my glans, but it does seem to cause some issues on the complete opposite tip of the cylinder on the back side... the side that slides all the way into the perineum towards the anus. When I pump, and sometimes even when flaccid, I get an uncomfortable feeling of an impingement or acute tenderness by the anus. This is clearly where the tip is being forced as I pump further than the space allows.

Last night was the first time that it was so painful that I had to deflate and today it still feels tender. I remember after my operations Hakky said that he expected the left cylinder to be a bit shorter because there wasn't enough space in my glans for both tips at the very end of the glans. He likes to aggressively size.

I spoke to Hakky about this issue I am having a week or two ago. He mentioned trying to use a VED to see if I can pull that cylinder more forward and/or "growing" the penis itself to give the tip more room, then hopefully the back of the cylinder won't be pushing backwards into whatever tissue it is causing pain in.

When this pain began a month or two ago, I stopped cycling as often, in hopes it would help. I am now thinking it may have made it worse by not cycling more than 1-2x a week. Cycling should help lengthen the penis (even if only by a fraction of a cm) which them remove some force from the back. Just a theory, but I'll test it out.

Hakky seemed to indicate that he would somehow have to "pull" the cylinder forward in an operation if the VED doesn't help. I don't know how intrusive that operation would be.

Keep us updated man. This is not a problem I believe I have read about before.

Right now my left cylinder is shorter than my right, which didnt occur until a few years after surgery. However, I am not feeling any pain in the back. I will be meeting with Eid later this year to see if a revision is worth it.

I think I mostly fixed the previous issue by making sure to to fully deflate during the day. I was not deflating enough and also I tend to auto inflate through the day so when going to restroom I just make sure to deflate more. There is still some minor irritation in the left perineum due to the cylinder on that side not extending the extra 1cm into the tip of my glans, but not a big enough issue to complain about. Crisis, hopefully, averted.
