Good morning my brothers,
I began Trimix injections back in February. Currently in mid-April I find myself having to use a higher dosage for an erection that is roughly at 60%. Could the culprit be my prescription losing potency (I keep it frozen)? I am currently at 50 units.
I inquired of my urologist and he stated that there is only one stronger prescription available (not sure if that is correct due to everyone having varying degrees of strength of prescriptions). Will a stronger dosage yield a firmer erection?
Trimix Refill? (Prescription Strength)

ED issues for the past 12 years. Viagra and Cialis proved to be ineffective. Trimix injections did not work. Implanted 01/27/23 with AMS 700 CX (24 cm).

Hi Elfoose,
If your signature line is accurate, the dose of trimix you are taking is very low strength. You can see from the attachment there is a whole line of much stronger mixes (this sheet is Olympia, but Empower and others make stronger mixes). I take the "T106", and it's 30-1-25. I inject 13 units and get a 100% hard erection for over an hour (that's as long as I care to go). All these mixes are good for one year in the freezer, although I go through a 10ml bottle every six months. At six months it has the same reaction as it did on the day I received it.
I also take 5mg daily Cialis (does not give an erection of it's own, but it helps the trimix along, and is good for heart and prostate health BPH, etc), Citrulline/Arginine mix (Jarrow), Maca, and another supplement that helps me make more semen.
Not sure what's going on with your doctor, but IMO injecting 50 units of a weak mix is not good medical management. Time to switch doctor?

64 years old. Had a heart attack with two stents placed at 46, atrial fibrillation surgery at 54 years. Doing great now, lost 45lbs on KETO, ED under control with tri-mix, 5mg daily Cialis, and arginine/citrulline 2x a day. And morning wood is back!
Re: Trimix Refill? (Prescription Strength)
It should. Using the graph above provided by solvingadream I currently use 25 units of the T106. 40 units was always the cutoff I read when using Trimix. Meaning, if 40 units of your current prescription isn't getting the job done, step up to the next highest strength and start low. Experiment until you get a good erection.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.
Re: Trimix Refill? (Prescription Strength)
Thank you for your response. That makes a lot more sense and confirms my belief that the pre script strength is very low. I definitely find it odd that he was very adamant that the prescription provided was the only option.
I am currently in process of seeking a new urologist who will provide adequate treatment.
Upon comparing the strength of my mix to the examples provide in your post, I am glad and relieved to see that there is room for improvement.
Thank you!

I completely agree. At 50 units I definitely expect more of a solid erection than what I’m getting.

Re: Trimix Refill? (Prescription Strength)
When I finally quit Trimix (or it quit me ), I was using 70 units of 30/6/100. So yes, there are strengths much stronger than yours Elfoose78.
