I recently was inserted a Titan OTR after 10+ yrs of fighting penile cancer. Unfortunately I had to have a partial penectomy.
After many complications, finally there seems to be some hope.

Re: Hello To All, I'm New & I'd like To Introduce Myself
I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the penile glan. Very few cases like mine, however, after 10 years of preventive medicine, such as Moh Surgery, Lazer Ablation, 5 Flouracil cream, etc. It got invasive, and according to the doctor, either they cut it out, or I can die within a few month. I had to make a bold decision, with my Mome & two daughters depending on me, it was a must I cut it out. Please note, this was not an easy option to deal with.
As I was waking up, after the surgery, (partial penectomy and or glansectomy), my doctor was excited to inform me that he has a friend who is a plastic surgeon and discussed my unique dilemma. According to the doctor, he said he was able to reconstruct a new penis using a Radial Free Flap. In other words, he can reconstruct a new penis by using the skin off my forearm.
After reconstructing a new penis, half was an active stump the other half was the flap that was created to reconstruct a new penis. The Titan OTR was chosen, because of the length 8 1/2' and girth 5 2/3 of the new penis. After my penectomy, I felt lost useless, & empty. However, now, I'm excited and yet scared at the same time.
I've been practicing on inflating and deflating the Titan, lately, as instructed. I got to say, it hurts and I'm concerned if this is going to be a long term problem. All in all, I feel like I have a new lease on life and a new toy to tickle her fancy as well as mine.
How was everyone's first experience?
