FIRE YOUR DOCTOR. You deserve better! 10 units of trimix is a TINY dose. We have men who are using 100 units. The doctor I work with says men can inject once a day...just make sure you compress the injection site to avoid any bleeding. This doctor does NOT sound like an expert. If your penis used to be longer - most of it can probably be restored.
The fact that you cried is a good sign - from a therapy point of view. It also tells me that you need a good sex therapist or a regular therapist and I would also recommend you get on some good antidepressants - preferably not an SSRI.
You deserve so much better than this treatment. Private message me if you want to talk.

Agreed, fire your Doctor. My ED also begin early 30's, 25 years later with no lost length and actually an increased girth. I am at 100 units tri-mix and will soon be moving on to quad-mix while additionally using a VED. Do some online research before your next appointment and make a plan. Find a doctor willing to work with you and not treat you as an annoyance. I personally have found female doctors to be a bit more acceptable to patient input and opinions.
Drew the short straw many years ago - 57 with progressively worsening ED for 25 years, arterial insufficiency. Currently use Tri-mix with VED / bands in addition to daily sildenafil / pentoxifylline / L- Arginine.

I offer this note of caution. Every time you inject into your cavernosa you are creating scar tissue / fibroids that WILL cost you length over time, as well as greatly raise your chances of Peyronie's....

My years of injecting made my implant surgery very difficult due to the scar tissue encountered.

I wouldn't get overly concerned with Wiggles' post. I've been injecting for over 10 years and my dick seems to be doing fine. There's risk in everything, including implants. (See Wiggles' signature)

Just curious. Did you inject Trimix for the whole 12 years? Or did you try different mixes?

Im in my mid thirties and pills do not work for me anymore. They haven't for a while...

I went to the urologist yesterday to try Trimix for the first time. He gave me 10 (I'm guessing it was ml, it was the number 10 on the tiny syringe). I got a few inch partially erect chub. I could still kind of bend my cock. I guess i could still possibly penetrate, but would not be satisfying for my wife or me...

I tried explaining that my dick is about 6" and it is not really wasn't erect. The Dr explained this is my 'new' cock size and I probably lost substantial size due to ED. Fuck... I was expecting if I have to stick a needle into my dick, I would at least get a full blown hard erection.

I was devastated. I broke down crying in his office. It was full blown hysterical crying... How has my dick shrunk so much??? WTF?? I am usually very in control of my emotions, but I just couldnt help it. I dont think Ive cried in years.

I was expecting so much better of an erection with Trimix. Even if I am now just 3 inches... I expected it fucking hard, not somewhat bendable.i asked him if he did not give me enough and he stated I had blood flow into my penis and "this was an erection". He then put the fear of god into me about what would happen if I used too much, that I would have to go to the ER and have the blood drained with a huge needle.

I spoke to him at great lengths about implants while I cried. He stated that with an implant my dick would still only be a few inches as that is my dick size now.

Do other people have a different reaction to Trimix? I guess I was expecting a rock hard cock? How is other peoples dick on Trimix? Do you guys get a pathetic erection as well? I guess Im just floored at my results.

Ive been reading this website for a long time and everyone seems so upbeat? How are you all not more angry? Im so angry/sad. I just dont get how everyone is so positive on this site. Im half the man I used to be. Literally and figuratively. Its devastating.

First - emotions/shmotions. No need to feel bad about an outward reaction to a personal situation. I concur with the others. This is inaccurate. When you pull your penis (flaccid) all the way out - that is what you can expect an implant to provide you. VED will help "condition" to a degree too. I tried and couldn't handle the needle in the Johnson technique. So much for a mood setting moment "...excuse me while I shoot up my dick with a shot"

Happy to chat with you about my implant journey and so glad I did it. Just wish I'd have explored and pursued 20 years ago. Its been a life changer (TRULY)! Don't lose hope. Educate yourself and find a urologist that specializes in implants (preferably within 50 miles of you.....as I am always amazed at the stories of these guys flying to tim buk too to get their implants. You will NOT want to fly after this procedure - rather rest/relax in your own bed for a few weeks while you go back and forth for office visits during your recovery).

HMU if you want to chat.

Ah yes, the implant guys that find it necessary to go to the other sub-forums and proselytize for implants

bldoink. Stop using fancy words. I graduated from pubic school so I get confused easily when words have more than two syllables...

Well, I used to live in St. Peters many moons ago. Actually lived in the West End on W. Pine St. even more moon ago. Had my motorcycle stolen in Edwardsville. Was a park ranger at the Arch for awhile. Does that count? I'm a long ways from St Louis now. Although we do have a house in Overland we still need to get rid of. Wife graduated from Ritenour H.S. and Lindenwood College.
