I am taking 180 mg weekly via butts' injections.
Befora I was on 200mg but that turned out to be a bit too high on bio-available and free testosterone.
I've started the therapy about 1.5 years ago. Before the therapy I was contantly grumpy and often suisadal thought. So injections changed dramatically my mood. I' ve started with 200mg monthly. It made no difference. Then I went to 200mg by-weekly with also no change. Then it was increased to 300mg by-weekly. That's when I started noticing a little bit of the effect though analysis still were showing lower than normal level. Then I've got a prescription for 200mg weekly. That's when I saw quite a difference with the libido. Pretty much almost every woman looked to me sexually attractive

.
But the analysis indicated that I am a bit too high though my doc was not concerned of that. He just suggested to reduce to 160mg weekly but did not even bother to change the prescription. I changed to 160mg but that went bad. I've started feeling tired again and my mood got worse. So I increased a bit to 180mg weekly and settled on that since it was OK for the mood though not so great for the libido. Then I started taking vitamins that I mentioned in the first post and that put my libido even further down. Though the positive effect was that I do not loose that much of hair as it was when I was on 200mg weekly. I used to have good genetics for the hair but T-shots would make me bold within probably couple of years. Though honestly I would prefer to be bold in the good mood rather than hairy but constantly depressed

.
Of course I would want to have high libido and hairs but looks like this combination is not realistic
For now before our traditional weekend sex evenings I just stop taking vitamins few days in advance. This way it doesn't suppress my libido. Then after sex day I resume taking vitamins to reduce hair loss. Seems to be working...
How was my t-level in my 30th I have no idea since it did not occur to my family doctor even to check it as he though I was too young for this type of problems. Instead he fed me tons of antidepressant that had virtually no positive effect. When I moved to a new place my new family doctor sent me for the T-check as the very first thing to verify. That's when I found that my T was 3 times lower the minimum level for my age...
