Trimix dosage

I been on trimix for about 3 years now and I haven't had the kind of success I was hoping for.
My current dosage is Papaverine 30m, Phentolamine 1m, and Prostadil 40m injecting 60 units. I also have to take 20mg Cialis and 50mg Viagra along with the injections and I have to were a ring to achieve an erection.
I haven't had the success of rock hard or long lasting erections others reported having. Should I increase my dosage or ask my urologist to add anything else to the mix?

I'm 56, in good shape and started having ED right after my divorce..

I was on a 20/2/30 alprostadil/phentolamine/ papaverine.

I was pushing 50 units with that mix for 18 months. Erection hardly lasted an hour. My urologist increased to a 80/3/25 mix. My erections last for two in a half hours. It’s not fully erect, but gets erect quick.

You can use all the way up to a mL, but anything over 50 justifies a stronger mix.

There are stronger mixes that might be better. I was up to 60-80 units near the end of my Trimix usage but that would make me ache all the next day. Got switched to Quadmix and 10 units would give me a good erection for an hour. Unfortunately, that didn't last long for me, and in two months my dose was back up to 40 or 50 units.

My urologist upped my prescription strength to 30m Papaverine 6m Phentolamine and 100m Prostadil but the pain was to much to deal with. I went to another urologist for a second opinion and he freaked out at the strength I was using so I went back to using the Papaverine/Phentolamine/Prostadil 30/1/40 combo.

I notice your mix contains alprosadil and not prostadil. Is that a different ingredient?

Is Quadmix better than Trimix? What was your mix/strength in both?

Quadmix has some other ingredient that makes it way more potent than Trimix, but I couldn't tell you what that is. I never kept track of my mix strengths; doc just adjusted as needed. Other than my first prescription of Trimix I ordered everything else online through a pharmacy. Talk to a doc online every year to see how things were going, adjust mix as needed.
